Question:	It says a tray lasts 30 days, but my cat's urine always goes through the bottom of the box and the bathroom smells terrible from urine leaks
Answer:	I'm not sure which size I got bc there was no receipt in the box. There was a sticker, however that said 17L x 9W x12"H which probably would have been good for an 8-10 pound cat. I didn't end up using this as the carrier had a rather strong chemical smell. Not sure whether that posed any danger, but I went with another alternative.

Answer:	I don't know. I've never hooked it up to a seat belt in my car or on a plane. It's like a duffle bag that you carry over your shoulder. If you're taking your dog on a plane, you just put it under the seat in front of you. It must be able to fit under the seat. I had to purchase the smaller carrier.

Answer:	It probably will be, especially if they are used to travel. We travelled with three large cats (1 carrier per cat) and they were not used to travel and clawed their way out while on the plane and one went running down the isle. I have a tendency to think that dogs are more behaved than cats in these situations so you may be fine.

Question:	What type of liners does it use
Answer:	I feel that a bunny would be able to get in and out ok, but what worked for me, using it for my three-legged kitty, is that kitty litter is so heavy it made the pan really stable. If you use something lighter for litter I'm not sure how tippy it might become. It does take up a lot of space so it worked well for us in a 48" crate or outside the crate!

Answer:	You don't. . . have to press Zoom to get a full picture. The size of the picture (essentially how wide and how much, if any, is black above and below the picture) is easily controlled using the "Aspect" button on the remote. Each press of that button moves you thru the available aspect ratios. However, be aware that all HD channels will have some empty, black margins top and bottom. The smallest black margins are available with the Zoom aspect. But be aware that when you've chosen that setting, then switch to a non-HD channel, the picture will more than fill the screen, so much so that some parts of it, especially top and bottom, may be cut off. You can then click the Aspect button to reduce the size to your liking.

Answer:	The height is about 6 inches towards the back.

Answer:	There is a training guide listed with the litter pan. It does take training, especially for an adult dog...puppies are easier. If your puppy is use to puppy pads, put some paper litter in the bottom and put a puppy pad on top. Very gradually, fold under the pad till there is just litter left. Or just use puppy pads. The litter in the bottom helps with clean. ONLY positive. NO scolding. Some dogs just need to get use to the pan in the room. Lot's more to tell. Question:	Do you plan on making a larger model for large cats
Answer:	Let me be clear: I use this pan for my cat who is very chubby. I had to resort to this type of pan because my cat, Ben, would jump in the other pan and invariably tip it over and the litter would be all over the floor. This pan is low to the ground so it doesn't tip...no matter how chunky the cat is. As far as litter, anything will do but I typically stay away from the "clumping" variety. Pine is good. Pine pellets specifically is great. Best.

Answer:	I, too, have a Maine Coon, a young one, who weighs 24 pounds and is growing. This box is the biggest I've found yet, and he doesn't mind it. Question:	What's the difference between ultra and regular
Answer:	Ultra has the lid which is why it is $169.00 without the lid it is $139.00. The base of the litter box at a step counter (how many uses) and timer intervals of 5/10/15. The 2nd generation appears to have a small front lip which my cats tender to pee towards the front so with shorter front step the pee gets on the cardboard replacements. I have both ultra and 2nd generation- with two cats I prefer the ultra. In my opinion it is made better. The 2nd generation doesn’t have the timer intervals and the front step is cheaply made.
Question:	How do you know it's time to change the tray? We have a kitten, so will it go longer at first
Answer:	I change the litter (we use the Forever Litter Tray) after about 24 uses - that's about 4-5 days in our house with 2 cats. Our cats must pee in larger amounts, because at 24 uses, I start to notice a smell from the box and the litter looks saturated. I see other owners that get 50-100 uses before they change out the litter. For a kitten, they would pee in smaller amounts, so it should last quite a bit longer.

Answer:	I got the pet safe scoop free ultra about 6 months ago and just love it. I have 3 cats that are inside/outside and have to change it every couple months. I got the plastic litter tray that was an extra $50. I've since found crystal kitty litter at Walmart for 1/2 the price of pet safe, but haven't tried it, just saw it over the weekend.

Answer:	Do use the crystals with this machine. It's what makes this litter box the best on the market. Not only is the motor whisper quiet, those crystals really work! The key to this system is to change the crystals after so many uses, not by days. Some people say to change when the counter hits 100. I prefer 70 in my case. And when I change it everything is brand new. I don't let my littler box turn to trash before I change it.
