While we don't specify what temperatures our Reversible Puffers are best for, since every dog is built to handle cold differently, our customers definitely use them throughout the cold weather months. For exceptionally low temperatures, you can always consider layering a lightweight hoodie underneath the Reversible Puffer. Answer:	Since this product is for spot cleaning I wouldn't think it would work for a complete bathing. I know when my dog gets "really stinky", like stale water smell or the black oozy, stinky mud, or her favorite - the rotting plankton smell when she swims through it in the Sound. The only thing that works with those smells is a bath, and sometimes 2! Sorry I can't help more, without knowing the nature and severity of the smell and because of the size of your dog, I don't think I'd try it.
