Answer:	That's up to you. Clarifying shampoo cleans hair of residue. Conditioner leaves a residue. Personally, I cannot leave my hair unconditioned, as the hair does not comb easily, and is prone to breakage. I use a light conditioner.

Answer:	This is an interesting question.My understanding is it removes the residue of product build-up as a "clarifying" shampoo. To remove hard water mineral build-up in the hair, it would need to be a "chelating" shampoo. Chelating shampoos are specifically designed to prevent and remove mineral buildup in your hair. A chelating agent will chemically bind to minerals, removing them before you even have a chance to notice that they're there. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. I don't have a lot of extra $$ but I have pride and my review cannot be bought with a free bottle of anything.

Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.

Answer:	It does have a fragrance. I have a very strong sense of smell and it doesn't bother me. My first use, I didn't dilute it. Since then, I've diluted it greatly and it still works as well and because I'm mixing it with other shampoos that have a stronger scent, it's barely noticeable. I don't use conditioner. This shampoo is not drying.

Answer:	After the first use. No exaggeration. I got my sister to wash my hair in the sink because I was so excited. I use to suffer from large (4mm) clumps of dandruff falling off my scalp onto my shirt daily and even immediately after washing my hair. However, after using this that immediately stopped. I washed my hair 7:30 pm. I went to sleep, woke up, straightened my hair, combed my hair, shook my hair, and absolutely nothing fell out. I could usually feel the raised parts of my scalp that the dandruff would come off from and those raised parts were no longer there. It's like a brilliant magic trick. This is the only shampoo I use because I am scared that when I stop, everything will go back to its old state and I'm no longer about that life. The smell is surprisingly not annoying; it has that fresh laundry scent to it. I will continuously repurchase this. I had started fearing that I was losing hair and they have both been working very well for me. I also keep a Head & Shoulders shampoo handy for when I don't want to use these. Answer:	You won't notice a ginger smell at all. There's a very slight spicy smell as you use it, but the scent doesn't linger. I have an oily scalp and this is bar has worked the best for giving me light and fluffy hair. My advice is to lather the bar in your hands and apply the suds to your scalp with your fingertips rather than rubbing the bar directly on your head. I got MUCH better results that way.

Answer:	Yes! My kids and I all have dandruff, and all have thick, wavy-to-very curly hair. We’re Caucasian (English, Irish, Scottish, & Welsh, with some Choctaw). One of my daughters has extremely curly hair, and it gets very dry. Usually dandruff shampoos makes it worse, resulting in frizzy, difficult to manage hair. She’s been using this for about 3 months and we’ve noticed a huge improvement. I just saw that they’ve added a cowash to this line and just ordered it. I think it’ll be great to use on days she normally doesn’t want to wash her hair, so that she can get the most out of this system. It sounds like your daughter will benefit in the same way. Question:	Has anyone used it for hair loss? Did it work
Answer:	I use it a part of my regiment for hair loss. I've been using it for 3 years. The active ingredient Ketoconazole (1%) works to suppress the androgen receptor which is part of the process of testosterone conversion to DHT and its destructive action on hair follicles. DHT binds to the receptors of hair follicles 5 times more than testosterone. It is thought that an abundance of DHT attached to hair follicle receptors can trigger the follicles to miniaturize, leading to hair loss. Initially developed as a dandruff, psoriasis and Seborroheic Dermatitis treatment, it has been an effective solution to stopping DHT. It isn’t a miracle cure for hair loss. It is, however, a great and proven hair loss treatment option. It smells pleasantly good, doesn’t feel greasy and there is no build-up. All you need to do is applying it on wet hair three to five times a week or as directed by your healthcare provider, and leave it on scalp for five minutes and rinse your hair. For best results, you can also use a great shampoo scalp massage brush that is going to stimulate scalp blood flow promoting hair growth, massage your scalp and let the shampoo penetrate better into your hair follicle. Answer:	I have been using it for the past 3 months, and this past month my hair has been falling out in droves, like still shedding even after I thoroughly comb my hair, I have stopped using it today and have switched back to head and shoulders. Answer:	I recently bought some and the expiration date on them is 07/2018. This stuff is really nice. Leaves the coats in very good condition - clean and soft without drying their skin. And it does reduce the shedding quite a bit. Nothing of course, gets rid of all of the shedding. It's part of having our loving pets.

Answer:	About 4. It doesn't foam well and you need a lot, but product is worth it. Got rid of dandruff, and for first couple days cat sheds a lot so you have to brush him but so soft afterwards with a lot less shedding.

Answer:	I have to repeat it about every 3 months as eventually effect wears off, however after bath we see a big difference.
