Answer:	I've had the same problem with two sets of their clippers. Lithium ion batteries are not this unreliable. These are cheap clippers that lack any form of battery management. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality set of clippers rather than trying to replace the battery.
Question:	I cannot get the attachment comb off the blade. Any suggestions
Answer:	All I had to do was push up on the attachment. Push up towards the end of blade. Or call the company they are suppose to have phone support.

Answer:	My vet offers cat shaving for long haired cats whose mats need to be cut off. We rescued a half wild cat who won't let us brush or trim claws. The vet tech does a great job once a year on this cat. So yes, some cats do need to be groomed on their undersides. We've used Wahl clippers for many years on our various dogs and always get great results. Other brands aren't as easy to use in my opinion.
Question:	Do these work well on a thick curly coat? My cocker spaniel has been very difficult to groom at home due to clippers not going through his coat
Answer:	I have a Shih Tzu and her hair gets very long. I am also very familiar with the Cocker Spaniel coat as I have owned one as well. Yes it will work fine. Go slow in the direction of the hair, not against the direction. Keep the blades moderately oiled. Also make sure you detangle any possible knots and brush thoroughly before you cut. You will be fine.

Answer:	It's actually really easy. It has different guards on it so you don't get two close at first. As long as you can get your dog to sit still and you go slow you shouldn't have any problems.

Question:	how does it work on cats
Answer:	I have a cat this is scared of a pin dropping 3 miles away, and I was able to use this on her with no problem whatsoever. By the end she even seemed to love it. One trick I did was turn the razor on but use a comb/hand to comb the cat for 5 or 6 times. This will get them to associate the razor sound with a pleasing action. Then later put the comb aside and just use the razor and they will be none the wiser. Or at least that seemed to trick my scaredy cat. I would highly recommend this product. Good luck!

May work for others? 1-adjust to 2.0 setting 2-hold the unit in right or left hand as if using the device and push with both thumbs on the white and gold blades AWAY from the unit. 3-be careful that when the blade assembly suddenly pops off it doesn’t fall to the ground.

Answer:	No it does not come with combs. It depends on the blade size for how short the hair cut will be. The higher the number, the shorter the cut. The letter F after the number means fine. If your dog has a thick coat you don’t want an F blade. This one comes with a 10 blade which is pretty short. I have a schnauzer and for her cut I had to buy a 7F for her body and a 3F (I should have bought a 3 because of how curly her fur is).

Answer:	I was skeptical about these but I just cut two of my standard schnauzers with these and they cut through their coarse fur like butter and also handled all the mattes on them.. granted they werent like rescue dogs with hard mattes, it had no problem.. I was surprised.. my 200$ Wahl clippers that were 10+ years old died and this one was the price of a blade for the Wahl! Answer:	In my experience with trying to use human clippers and the Wahl brand dog clippers from Wal Mart these clippers work much better than any others. Titanium/ceramic blade is very sharp. I suppose if you have to do it yourself these clippers are the way to go!

Answer:	These clippers don't bog with my dog. We have an aussiedoodle - he has thick, longer hair with some curl. The first time we used the clippers, it was a little rough and took a bit to get through. Once we got the initial length off, we did a second trim and were able to get a much better cut.
