Lgnition Check Steps:

1. Electrode Wire: Whether it is inserted into the valve hole of the safety valve, only insert it to transfer the electric spark to the burner head and ignite the gas.

2. Adjust the ignition needle, Remove the ignition cover, align the ignition needle with the air hole, and adjust the distance between the needle and the air hole to 3mm.

3. Control Switch Ignition : Since the gas pipe and the burner have air, the rotary switch releases the propane gas for about 20 seconds, discharges the air, then returns to the closed position and ignites again.

4. Check whether the gas in the cylinder is running out. If the gas in the cylinder is almost used up, the gas pressure in the bottle will decrease, and the amount of gas delivered to the burner will not be enough. It will not ignite, so the tank or gas cylinders must be replaced.

Answer:	No, we didn't have a terrible experience with the warranty coverage. We had a problem with our Blue Rhino lighting and we contacted them and they sent us a new lighting unit without any questions asked.
Question:	Can I buy the lava one and add my own glass ? Or are the different
Answer:	You can change the glass. Many different colors. I would contact the manufacturer about changing it to Lava rock.
Question:	Has anyone had issues with this rusting
Answer:	Ours has been setting outside since May and it has not rusted. We keep ours covered and that probably helps. There is one tiny spot of rust on the lid where the handle rests. I left the cover off and some rain sat in that space and caused a touch of rust.

Answer:	I know, it’s not clear. There is a black rubber tube like piece sticking out of the valve assembly (on the left as you assemble it upside down). Pull that off and slide it over the wire. You’ll see the connection once you pull it off. Connect the wire and pull the black rubber cover back over it.

Answer:	We have a large umbrella over ours to help keep the heat in. It's very pleasant and cozy. The heat is not nearly hot enough to hurt the umbrella.
Question:	I now this may be tough to answer but can anyone say roughly how long does a full 20 lb propane tank last using the firepit
Answer:	As you might suspect, it depends on how long you run it, if you have the gas on high or low and if you use it everyday. We used it every morning for about an hour, had the gas on medium and a tank lasted almost 2 weeks.

Answer:	Yes they are. I always use two regular wood logs and one dura flame log and it works perfectly. Makes for a beautiful fire.

Answer:	We did. I would suggest waiting until the color has burned off before roasting the marshmallows. The color burns off fairly quickly.
Question:	Does the blue skull turn sooty and dark? Or is there other color options? I want it to turn that sooty color, not stay blue
Answer:	Do you trust China not to send a tainted product? In other words no I would not advise using these inside I use all the chemicals involved I am a pyro technician. And a handle these chemicals you need to wear a respirator and protective clothing and gloves, does that sound safe for indoors?
Question:	How long does the skull last for
Answer:	We always use 2 packets and that gives you 40 to 45 minutes. The other brands are pretty weak. These packets last long enough to really enjoy and the colors are brilliant. On New Years eve we all sat around a great camp fire and my son tossed 2 packets onto the fire. When the very vivid flames began our family members from young to old were stunned! We told them what it was and the smiles and laughs were truly priceless. Everyone began taking pictures and enjoyed the trickery. Its really worth the money. It lasts just long enough. I only buy the packets, the crystals fizzle out and the color is not like these packets. As the fire was winding down I had my son go the the front yard and light a paper lantern and it floated right over the house, jaws dropped and I had everyone go to the kitchen table and write out what their hopes for the new year were and that put a beautiful feeling to the start of our new year.. And I am still being told that I am the best Auntie ever. Between the mystic fire and paper lanterns I am still getting hugs. and a week ago my youngest niece called me on her lunch break to ask me where I bought both items. She showed her coworkers the photos and several of them wanted to buy some mystic fire and paper lanterns. Uncle Philip was the just the best, he had been making many beers disappear that evening and when the flames began his reaction was priceless!
