Answer:	It worked for mine, but do to his thick hair, it would get caught very easily and lessen the strength of the blade. Will be returning and upgrading to a stronger blade

Question:	Is this a quiet machine? I have not shaved my kitty before and he is 8, I am afraid he will be too scared if it makes a loud noise when it is on
Answer:	My vet offers cat shaving for long haired cats whose mats need to be cut off. We rescued a half wild cat who won't let us brush or trim claws. The vet tech does a great job once a year on this cat. So yes, some cats do need to be groomed on their undersides. We've used Wahl clippers for many years on our various dogs and always get great results. Other brands aren't as easy to use in my opinion.
Question:	Do these work well on a thick curly coat? My cocker spaniel has been very difficult to groom at home due to clippers not going through his coat
Answer:	I have a Shih Tzu and her hair gets very long. I am also very familiar with the Cocker Spaniel coat as I have owned one as well. Yes it will work fine. Go slow in the direction of the hair, not against the direction. Keep the blades moderately oiled. Also make sure you detangle any possible knots and brush thoroughly before you cut. You will be fine.

Answer:	It's actually really easy. It has different guards on it so you don't get two close at first. As long as you can get your dog to sit still and you go slow you shouldn't have any problems.

Answer:	Yes, this works great on long haired cats. We use it to trim around our cat's rear end, and also his ruff. Excellent to keep the fur trimmed and to deal with mats.

Answer:	it is comb Attachments(3-6-9-12mm). This depends on your pet's hair condition, there is no fixed standard. You can adjust the blade distance of the machine and add the upper limit comb to adjust to the length suitable for your pet

Answer:	I've had the same problem with two sets of their clippers. Lithium ion batteries are not this unreliable. These are cheap clippers that lack any form of battery management. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality set of clippers rather than trying to replace the battery.
Question:	I cannot get the attachment comb off the blade. Any suggestions
Answer:	All I had to do was push up on the attachment. Push up towards the end of blade. Or call the company they are suppose to have phone support.

Answer:	I had the same issue at first and was about to return the clippers but I figured out that you got to kinda push the comb completely down towards the clipper blade until it clicks into place.

Answer:	I purchased these for use with my 4 rabbits. From 4lbs to 6.5 lbs. I think they work well. Good grip. As long as you can get the locking mechanism to open all the way the clippers work well. I don't use the guard because the nails are so small, but I think this works quite well.

Question:	Can this pet clipper be used on cats
Answer:	The short answer for me is that I have a much easier time overall with the non-folding Feather. The long answer is: I have both Feather razors- the straight handled (non folding) and the folding. I find it is easier to keep the proper angle of the blade to the face (quite shallow) with the straight handled version. There is more of a grip with it and it feels more secure in my hand. With the folding razor, the tang tends to roll in my fingers and I have difficulty maintaining the proper orientation of the blade to my face. At least that's my experience. As to your question about your neck this may depend if you switch hands for each side of your face. Some people use their right hands for the right side of the face and the left hand for the left side. Others use their dominant hand on both sides. I have found that with the non-folding handle version you can reverse the direction the razor faces and use your right hand to shave much of the left side of your face. What I mean by that is to swap end for end with the razor in your right hand, keeping your hand oriented at the middle of the face while the roar extends to either side of the face. You hold it kind of back-handed with the thumb moving to the end of the handle when reversing and shaving the left side of your face. (A picture of the grip change would be easier than describing it). I do find that even doing that, I switch to my left hand to do the bottom of my neck on the left side. I get a better angle to conform to the contours of my neck that way. In any event for myself I find there's a long learning curve to using a non-safety razor well. I hope this helps.

Answer:	It did not come with any blades. I bought the Feather Professional Blades (the ones with 20 in a pack). However, I have also cut a double edge blade in half lengthwise and used one of the halves to shave. So this could be an option if money gets tight.
