Question: how much do the large bowls hold individually
Answer: Your question is exactly why I was checking out these pliers. From what I've read, I don't think these would be good pliers for pulling bones out of fish fillets. Reason being is that it appears, from a comment I read, that these aren't leaf spring pliers, but rather coil spring. The leaf spring is what you want as it makes cleaning afterwards much easier & better to get out the bits of flesh.
