Answer:	You’ll definitely need to out some kind of mat if it’s cement outside. There is no cushion at all. You can put it in a grass just make sure theres no rocks. We love ours however

Answer:	I washed mine twice already. It unsnap at the top and you take the straps apart at the bottom and throw it in the wash and dryer. I put back the snaps first and then the straps at the bottom, they are a bit of a pain but be patient. I did not have the frame opened all the way when putting it back together. Once your done use a little force to push down the 2 side that lock it. Mine looked brand new again. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Olivia is 16 months old now. The liner fits so tight and secure we still use it. Not bulky like some decorative bumpers. Very low profile. Not sure why you would need to remove it? Still protects her head against the rails while sleeping.

Question:	How is the shade supposed to stay attached, there is only 1 velcro strap
Answer:	I put in galvanized fence post - 2 3/8 pst with std caps or covers - used for a hurricane fence. I put the poles 4ft in the ground, 13ft in height, 18ft in width and every 12ft in length (total of 5 poles) with ring bolts on each pole to hold the net. Working out perfect. Especially having the poles 18ft in width with a 14ft width net allows plenty of "catch room" so the balls do not ricochet off the poles.
Question:	Can you put your child in through the top or only through the bottom
Answer:	That seems about right when I pick it up.
Question:	Is there Flame retardant in this
Answer:	The #4 net kit that I purchased does not include the poles. The poles are purchased as a separate kit or you can buy the materials at a local fencing supplier and build it to the specifications they recommend online.

Answer:	If they’re just playing it’s fine but it is probably just as hard as the floor when thinking about naps.

Answer:	Yes. I’ve used it in the shower on occasion. I don’t know if it will rust or not if it’s only used in the shower however.

Answer:	The handles are very sturdy on my commode. I love it. I'm 150 lbs and have bad knees so the height is perfect and the handles are a huge help when getting up. I have had ne problem with feeling secure when using it. Just be sure the handles are fully engaged.
Question:	Is a mattress necessary? Or is the bottom too hard
Answer:	This model does have adjustable legs that are removable. I've seen leg extenders for products such as this, but I've not seen any with wheels. There are many models of commodes out there that come with wheels.

Answer:	No actual gate, but 2 panels open up with a zipper to enable entrance or exit of the play pen. It’s huge. My 4 and 5 year old unzip a panel and go into play with my 1 year old.

Answer:	We have 2 puppies (Shih Tzu/Tibetan Spaniel) who are now 3 months old and weigh 5/7 lbs - it's perfect for them to play with each other and relax/nap in - we don't usually leave them in for more than an hour, unless they're sleeping :)

Answer:	Hi you can get 2 sizes large and small; we got the small size actually about the size of a large carton that you would pack clothes in when you move? the playpen is for our wheaten terrier puppy which is only maybe 12+ lbs at this point. I think there is a larger size for bigger dogs. Our breeder recommended it as a good place for the puppy when you aren't able to give full time watching her play and possibly get into mischief like when you are cooking or involved in other activities where you have to pay attention. they come in different colors and are pretty cool!

Question:	Does the floor lay flat on the ground or is it raised
Answer:	I don’t see why not, but it would need to have something under it, like several blankets. The bottom is a flimsy piece of like, tent siding. So your child would be sleeping on the floor unless you padded it. But I guess the nice thing is, there’s nothing actually in the playard with them, so you CAN keep it a safe sleep environment.

Answer:	I ended up taking the mattress and putting in on the bottom- my baby is 5 months old and I went to check on her and the mattress was actually tipping towards the side! So I would have to say it’s possible. But then again, I’m sure it depends on your child’s weight

Question:	Can this fit in a suv as an emergency carrier for 4 cats
Answer:	If you are asking if it will fit in an SUV while the play pen is open, I believe it should fit in the back cargo area of most SUVs.
Question:	Could this be used as a permanent rabbit pen
Answer:	This is way to small for a permanent pen and if you were going to leave it outside your rabbit could die because another animal or bugs could get to your rabbit. This should only be used as a playpen while supervising your rabbits and nothing else. I am not saying that this is bad, in fact I love the concept of this, but it should ONLY be used as a playpen while your rabbit is supervised.
Question:	Can you use it for a lizard
Answer:	I really don't know but I don't think it would be a good selection for a lizard. Then again I guess it would depend on the size and type of lizard. Look at the specifications a little better before you make a decision.
Question:	Will my rabbit easily chew a hole in this
Answer:	Its made of good nylon. So it may not chew thru easily. But if your rabbit is a chewer. Its possible. The floor is the least durable of construction.
