Answer:	Yes,this fence unite comes with about 8 or 9 long round rods . The rods are about one quarter of an inch thick, and about 28 to 34 inches long. The rods are used as pins to hold the sections of fence together. The rods are long enough that the extra can be pushed into the ground and makes for a very strong , stable fenced enclosure. Answer:	Try looking at whelping pads....they can be placed under as flooring that absorbs fluids but waterproof to floors and might help.

Answer:	If them don't jump to high it will work. If them do the 30" 8 panels might work. We did the 30" for our pug and Frenchie but have some areas that we didn't need that tall so got the shorter ones. We love it and it look great. I hope this helps.
Question:	How much do the panels weigh
Answer:	Not sure what each individual panel weighs but I would guess well under 5 pounds. This makes a good sized enclosure so the box in all is heavy - wife & I together (we are in our late 60's) can manage the whole box easily but not individually. We are campers (5th wheel towable) and this fence is PERFECT for out 2 small dogs. We individually handle 2-3 panels at a time and setting up the whole enclosure takes 5 - 10 minutes.. We did LOTS of shopping and this is the best value we found by a long shot! We have set up and taken down MANY times and fence is holding up great. Hope this helps!

Answer:	We have purchased 5 of these to put together when my husband and I go camping. Ours holds in a 90 lb german Shepard, a 40lb pit bull 2 small breeds and a 45 lb bloodhound puppy. All three of the large dogs can jump on the same section and it doesnt move.

Question:	how easy does it stand alone.?..I am wanting to use it as a barricade across carport
Answer:	The pins that hold the panels together are made to sink into the ground. If you are placing it on concrete, they will not prevent the panels from sliding. Angling the panels a bit will allow it to stay standing on its own, but a pushy dog could move it enough to escape. Attaching the open ends to the sides of the carport should keep the pen in place. Just be sure to inspect the pins for any wear that might cause them break.

Question:	Can you add to make it bigger
Answer:	You could get more than one playpen and add in more panels. The panels just have a metal rod that connects them, so theoretically, you could make it as big as you want. We added in our metal crate between two panels and just tied it together with some metal ties, so it's kind of a house with a yard.

Answer:	The height is 48". The 85x85 is the dimension from side to side in both directions. I purchased this and used it in a hallway as it is configurable to being a rectangle, square or hexagon as shown in their photo. It has 8 panels and I used one panel at each end and three on each side. It is heavy duty and works really well for puppies and adult dogs as well. No bottom but I used heavy duty vinyl shower curtains as a base with other materials over it (blankets, etc) to protect my carpet...worked like a charm

Question:	Can the circle be opened to use as a straight fence
Answer:	The unit can be configured in any way, as long as you have enough pieces. You can purchase another unit and make a kennel that is rectangular, or you can attach another unit to this one and make a really large circle, the configuration is flexible as long as you have enough of the individual pieces to attach together. Each of the pieces is attached by a long rod that goes inside the edges and connects each of them and is long enough to be pushed into the ground below to help keep it secured to the ground.If you just put it together in a straight line, you would need to find something to secure it to whatever else you want. Answer:	It is Metal.

Answer:	no not foldable. each panel is separate and comes with a rod that connects the ends together.I found that was a pain in the neck, especially when moving it around. I had to take each rod out or they would slip down and bend. I really like the panels, so now I use bungee cords to attach the panels together. I board dogs so I use the panels and move them a lot. they are well made and look nice.

Answer:	There are 8 panels that come with it. It is exactly as it is shown! We have a German Shepherd 8 month old and it is a great size for the larger dogs too. A couple months ago we had to design a lid for it..she is a large dog and can jump out if we didn't have the lid. If you have a puppy or a smaller dog you will be fine. It is quite tall. Hope this helps! We will be using this for at least another year or until we can "fully trust" her by herself ;-)
