Question:	Does this fold up when its not being used
Answer:	2 Panels can be folded back to back and the width and height will be the same as one panel but twice as thick. A rod can be inserted at both ends to keep the 2 panels together. Alternatively 4 panels can be connected back-to-back (total 2 panel length) and the total length will be 50 1/2 inches. But the problem with this is that the whole thing must be kept straight but you will not able to put a rod in the middle of the sections so things will be quite wiggly. However we have used these up to 12 sections long to protect, for instance, a Christmas Tree for the past 15ish years and they are great.When not in use I fold them into 1 panel width (2 panels) and lean them against the wall in the garage. Then I can “harvest” as many as I needs when the young grandchildren come to visit. I wish there was something similar for the older grandchildren (with soundproofing). All-in-all they are great for their purpose.
Question:	I need an access door,can you pull the pin on one of the panels and open it like a door, then use velcro strips to reattach it for future openings
Answer:	you can pull the pin out and us as a door; I am unsure if Velcro strips will work to reattach for future openings. However the pin does pull out easily enough to pull it and access the pen - etc.
Question:	I need a rubber floor matting for this pet pen. Do you offer that
Answer:	I just use the 42x42 size welping pads sold also sold at Amazon. If you have a larger dog, put a plastic bag under the welping pad. Otherwise, it doesn't leak through. I have little 4.5 pound dogs that go in my pen. I absolutely love this system!

Answer:	Hi, I own the 4 panel set. If you buy 2 of those, you can certainly make a rectangle. I also recommend the mesh cover so that the open top doesn't become an escape route.

Answer:	1 panel contains a door and there are 7 other panels. I love this pen.
Question:	can this hold a 60 pound German shepherd and does it stay in place
Answer:	We have purchased 5 of these to put together when my husband and I go camping. Ours holds in a 90 lb german Shepard, a 40lb pit bull 2 small breeds and a 45 lb bloodhound puppy. All three of the large dogs can jump on the same section and it doesnt move.

Answer:	Had my pen since 2015. Do not have any paperwork or address. Does Anyone have an address or something to contact the company to see if like 3 more panels can be bought? There are Identical so they look, pens with other names. I saw back in 2015 somewhere you Could get extra panels from one of the other companies. Not sure it's not all the same pens and just diff people selling them-but I don't Really know. I guess I am asking a question in the wrong place, Dang! I'm letting it go as is------
Question:	how easy does it stand alone.?..I am wanting to use it as a barricade across carport
Answer:	The pins that hold the panels together are made to sink into the ground. If you are placing it on concrete, they will not prevent the panels from sliding. Angling the panels a bit will allow it to stay standing on its own, but a pushy dog could move it enough to escape. Attaching the open ends to the sides of the carport should keep the pen in place. Just be sure to inspect the pins for any wear that might cause them break.

Question:	Would this work for a large dog? Like a Boxer bulldog
Answer:	It is easy for set up and fold down. Sets up and folds down in seconds; no tools necessary.
Question:	is there a cover
Answer:	NO. Being that this is a soft crate I'm not sure that locks would be of any use. I am using this for my Golden Retriever puppy and he likes being in it. He chewed off one of the tabs that holds it together when folded ( he had a little fit) but he respects the zippers. It's quite sturdy for a soft crate and is easy to move in and out of my Subaru.

Answer:	If you want a glossy finish use seal polyurethane, but a matte just clear wax, I do use the seal just because it protects from water (I have kids ☺️)

Answer:	I wouldn't use this brush for alkyd paints. This brush is great for cutting walls and ceilings with waterborne paints. Not sure what to recommend for a sprayed finish. Wooster has a series of brushes which I use for woodwork, but I can't remember the label. It has a brown cover.

Question:	Any suggestions how to cover the floor of the pen? We have carpet and wouldn't want our dog on it
Answer:	We have ours on linoleum, so that's not an issue for us. Maybe you could get a linoleum remnant or a floor mat that has a rubber bottom? The pens are very light, so if your dog is heavier, he/she could move it by jumping up on it or pushing it. Our puppies are only a couple of pounds, so they can't, but I know a heavier dog could.
Question:	Does this fold FLAT, for easy transportation? I need to easily put it in the truck which pulls a small camper trailer
Answer:	It doesn't fold flat, but you can disassemble and reassemble it in less than a minute. The four panel size will fit easily in your truck when it's disassembled. I love these pet pens! :o)

Answer:	No it does not feet. There are anchors for outside use. I used bungie cords to secure it to a location and 1/4" u-channel to stabilize it to prevent the sides from folding in. This worked quite well for our two English Bulldogs.
Question:	Can you combine 2 sets 16 panels together to make it bigger
Answer:	Yes you can. You can't take them apart, because it's all connected together. Except for the end pieces of which you can easily connect the ends of two separate sets together. I got just one for my momma dog and her puppies but considering getting another to add to if for when they get bigger and go outside.

Answer:	The pen sets up quickly and easily (no tools required). Its eight metal panels come pre-connected with welded metal hinges to create one long piece that unfolds accordion-style. Arrange the pen into the shape of a circle, square, rectangle, or other shape, and then clip the two end panels together using the four metal thumb clips (included). The panels can also be used to corner off a section of the room or to keep pets away from off-limit areas. Or, connect the pen to a metal wire crate (not included) to create a wonderful combination of cozy resting space and room to roam.

Answer:	The only rust I have seen is on the post where the panel holes scraped off the finish.

Answer:	It’s 2.66 ft per panel, 8 panels are a little more than 21 ft, 16 panels are 42.66 Ft.

Answer:	The pins sit pretty high( I have mine indoors) but if outside the pins could be hammered into the ground to make sturdier. You could definitely put a cover on it.
Question:	Once you choose the shape and put the pins in place, does the shape hold or can the dog/pups push it out of shape
Answer:	Depending on what surface the play pen is on will determine if it can be pushed easily. We have ours on a Pergo floor. Even though there are small rubber pads on the bottom of each panel, it still slides pretty easily. It has not been a problem for us as our puppy is just 7 pounds and probably won't get much larger. He is a jumper though and sometimes it is slightly out of shape when we return home. We are only using 4 panels for a small square. We pushed them around to see if the pen would collapse on our puppy but because of the the way the panels meet at the corners, it did not. We have not used any more than 4 panels at a time so not sure if you would get the same result with more panels. If the pen is being used outdoors, it would probably be harder to move unless you have a larger dog. The pins just slide right through the openings and it is a loose fit so the panels can move easily. It is well made though, and we have been pleased with it for our puppy. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I have three of these. Just measured it. It's 11" tall & 8" wide. That's the opening. So it will depend on how big your puppy. My biggest Shih Tzu is 12 lbs and fits through it. But a much bigger dog will not.

Answer:	I have the 30” high - it is 2 1/2” x 24.25”x30” when folded

Answer:	This is would be perfect size. Can be configured in many ways. We kept our 2 pugs in it and a water and food bowl as well as a blanket and some tools. High enough and sturdy enough where they can not get out. Has a latching gate and folds up like a accordion when not in use.
Question:	Is it suitable for outdoor use
Answer:	I think it would be fine for occasional outdoor use, but might get some rust on it if used in the outdoors all the time. We have 5 dogs, and have 2 of these that we clip together to make a rather large run when we need to work in the yard or when we are camping. It is very sturdy and no, it does not have sharp edges that will cut you. We love it!
Question:	Does it have sharp (rough) edges or is it smooth (at the intersection between vertical bars and top bar)? Thank you
Answer:	It's reasonably smooth, but not completely. Really doesn't matter, because it's way too tall to reach over the top. The real problem is that it's pretty flimsy. My puppy can walk it all over the house, or just knock it down.
