Question:	The box has two pieces and I don’t see how to take them apart
Answer:	I got it and it was easy to put the four panels together. I will suggest if you have a very active puppy to cover the holes with something because mine got out and I had to buy a very strong like plastic that you can buy by yards; what I did was to cover every panel apart and tying it in the corners.

Answer:	the pen just comes with the connecting rods. i believe you need to make sure the corners are flush when you insert the rod. but it should retain its shape. we have not had complaints that the items folds. however, we have had consumers mention that their animal will push it around sometimes.

Question:	Does this fold up when its not being used
Answer:	2 Panels can be folded back to back and the width and height will be the same as one panel but twice as thick. A rod can be inserted at both ends to keep the 2 panels together. Alternatively 4 panels can be connected back-to-back (total 2 panel length) and the total length will be 50 1/2 inches. But the problem with this is that the whole thing must be kept straight but you will not able to put a rod in the middle of the sections so things will be quite wiggly. However we have used these up to 12 sections long to protect, for instance, a Christmas Tree for the past 15ish years and they are great.When not in use I fold them into 1 panel width (2 panels) and lean them against the wall in the garage. Then I can “harvest” as many as I needs when the young grandchildren come to visit. I wish there was something similar for the older grandchildren (with soundproofing). All-in-all they are great for their purpose.
Question:	I need an access door,can you pull the pin on one of the panels and open it like a door, then use velcro strips to reattach it for future openings
Answer:	you can pull the pin out and us as a door; I am unsure if Velcro strips will work to reattach for future openings. However the pin does pull out easily enough to pull it and access the pen - etc.

Answer:	I just use the 42x42 size welping pads sold also sold at Amazon. If you have a larger dog, put a plastic bag under the welping pad. Otherwise, it doesn't leak through. I have little 4.5 pound dogs that go in my pen. I absolutely love this system!

Answer:	I agree with it being a bit wobbly. I do not need to take it down so I just reinforced it on the corners with gorilla tape. That works fine for me. Good luck!

Answer:	I don't believe you're missing anything. If you're using the panels to form a pet gate it will be flimsy. The gate can be moved around easily. I used it to form a gate around my Christmas tree so, it served the purpose. I've also used two panels together to prevent my grandson from going up and down the stairs. The panels were sturdy because they were supported by the stair rails.

I have seen some beautiful ones for indoors that are pretty long and can house more than one dog if necessary.

Answer:	They hold up very well in the wash after continued, at least weekly, washing. I wash them with regular detergent, hot water and with extra rinse cycle. I dry on medium heat. I only use them as a floor covering under training pads so I also occasionally spray with febreeze or use dryer sheet to freshen up the scent. Neither deter my dogs from using the area.

Question:	How do you get the urine smell out? Mine have just started smelling even after a double wash & rinse
Answer:	I use a laundry booster like OxiClean. Try using just cold water wash and rinse as a lot of stains and smells get set into fabrics in a hot wash. Also, do NOT use softener with these pads.
Question:	If I cut this in half, would it still work and absorb? (Using it in a plastic tray
Answer:	It is put together almost like a quilt with a binding around the edge so if you cut it you would have a raw edge that would not be absorbent. If you have sewing skills you could take care of that But it is thin enough you could easily fold it in half to solve your problem.
Question:	If washed in cold and air dried - has anyone experience pads shrinking
Answer:	I did not notice any shrinkage I actually threw mine in a warm water wash and dried it in the tumble dryer on medium and they seem to be just fine.

Question:	can 2 of these be put together
Answer:	I'm not positive, but I would think so, since the panels all come in one string and the ends can be put together to make a pen. You would just attach the end of panel set 1 to the beginning of panel set 2, and then close it off by attaching the end of panel set 2 to the beginning of panel set 1 to make a pen. Or just leave one long straight set of panels by just attaching the two panel sets in the first spot.Hope this helps!
Question:	Is this a good cage for a rabbit? I am thinking a 36 inch height
Answer:	Absolutely-- these are the pens that rabbit lovers usually prefer. See the excellent answers by the other commenters here. Bunnies can hop on top of an object inside the pen (like their hay box), and then hop out... they're mischievous sometimes. > 36" tall is a safe bet, and 42" or 48" tall is super duper safe.
Question:	Is there a door
Answer:	Since this Q was last answered 3 years ago, I thought folks might appreciate a more current (and correct) answer. As of January 2017, you can order this pen in 5 different heights and with or without a door. Click the "height" option to select the proper height for your dog; then click on "color:black w/door" to select the color and whether you want a door. If you are unsure of which height is right for your dog, scroll through the pictures at the top of the page. The very last pictures tells you the maximum height your dog should be for that particular height. For example, the 24" pen, on the last picture, says it's for dogs up to 16" tall. Another great feature of this pen is the company also sells separately a mesh top for the pen that provides shade for your pup if you are using it outside in the sun. It says it provides "extra protection" as well; however, if you live in an area with coyotes, like I do, NEVER EVER leave your precious pup unattended for even 1 minute without a fully enclosed minimum 6' fence!!! I got my daughter a 24" with door for her dachshund puppy. The purpose is so little puppy won't have to stay in her crate several hours every day while daughter is at college. I'll order the top next spring when the snow is gone so puppy can play outside-- with daughter in attendance--until we get our fence built next summer. HTH prospective buyers! :-)

Question:	Will my ferret chew through the bottom of the playpen or chew through any part of the play pen to escape
Answer:	It does have mesh windows. Its sturdy material but if your baby is prone to chew, then yes. My Phoebe is 9. She is a little old lady
Question:	Is there room for a playful cat, a litter box, bed and toys
Answer:	No, I have a small breed cat and there is no room for a litter box unless you use something small like a wash basin for a sink as the litter box. When I use it, I have a cat bed or blanket, toys and a water dish. We don't use it often only for travel.
Question:	Can I buy just a new top
Answer:	The top does unzip and can be removed, but I don’t know if Autokcan offers replacement parts to fix this problem. If they sell a replacement top, it can be installed to replace the old one.
Question:	Will the sides collapse easily
Answer:	The playpen collapses and folds down very easily. It also has velcro straps that hold it together once it is folded. This makes it easy to slide it back into it's bag carrying case.
