Answer:	That's a good question. There is no part number listed in the tools manual for the sanding pads, and a quick search of the PC WEB page did not show the sanding pads. I haven't used these yet, so I haven't attempted to look for any. The manual should have given part numbers for each of these accessories so they could be ordered. You may want to call PC's customer service number and ask them.

Question:	I need to cut through 1/2 inch thick wrought iron rods to shorten their length. Would this tool do the job? If so, would this set include the blade
Answer:	Cutting through 1/2" iron rods is a job far outside of the intended use for an oscillating cutting tool. I think you would have difficulty controlling the tool while cutting. You need to use a tool specifically designed to cut thick metal; such as, a reciprocating saw, a band saw, an angle grinder, cutting torch, etc. Each tool would require the proper cutting medium (blade, disc, wheel, etc.). Since you mentioned "rods" I would suggest contacting a local metal working shop which will have both the tools and expertise to safely cut the rods to the lengths which you specify. Question:	Does anyone know what the difference is between the Type 1 and Type 2 versions of this tool
Answer:	Type 2 is newer and has a slightly different profile along with a stronger 3 amp motor (vs 2.5 amp for the model 1). Be careful, the model 2 originally was sold with accessories that using the tool free system which CONTAINED ROUND holes - HOWEVER now (late 2014) the model 2 underwent a recent & quiet transformation (Model notations are PCE605 or PCE606) so that ROUND indexing holes have been replaced with OBLONG (rectangular holes) - they are NOT interchangeable. Even the manual packed with the 605/606 seems to intentionally avoid a picture of the holes - let the buyer beware when purchasing accessories - most are round hole design NOT the newer rectangular !!!!

Answer:	Although I have used it to cut 2 screws as well, it seems like the blade is kinda damaged. You may need to change blade after for the next project. Slowly, it will cut. Probably took me about less than 1 minute per screw.

Answer:	What you need is a demolition hammer for breaking up tile. This multi tool is a precision tool designed for fine cuts in awkward places. It is also a nice detail sander for awkward places. I do use it for sawing out grout joints for renewing the grout. I used to do it with a hand saw but this is easy to control and easier on me. The blade attached to this tool moves side to side a small amount. It is a very fast movement and cuts pretty quickly. it is very handy for cutting door jams when installing laminate flooring, marble bathroom door sills, etc. It can be used to plunge cut holes in drywall, wood or other similar materials. You can get a scraper blade that they advertise for vinyl tile removal, but that is pretty slow. I can do a better job with a garden spade. A quick check of the internet on ceramic tile removal will give you a better idea on what you need. This tool isn't it.

Question:	Can I use Dremel Accesories in this tool
Answer:	Very well and very quick. The middle does not refrain from oscillation as mentioned by one reviewer, the whole pad oscillates, not just the edges. However, the edges do have more oscillation the same as the tip of a baseball bat moves faster than the handgrip on a swing. You will find yourself angling the head to get max results. Also, I am not impressed with any of these oscillating tools reliability. They all seem to heat up and using it for more than 5 mins concerns me. I burned out another brand using it as one would on a large project. 30 mins of use, the next time I turned it on, it was gone. (It WAS a cheaper brand.) However, this thing is pretty indispensable for the DIY guy. From the car, the boat, to the home and every other thing, you will be amazed at how this fills the need when you run into a headscratcher. You will have moments where you stare at a problem and it dawns on you "Wait! I have that oscillating thing and it should take care of this no problem!" And it will. Every major dude should own one. If you don't plan to use it more than a few minutes at a time, the cheap ones work well. If you want it to last a long time and you want the option to use it more harshly, this and the Makita seem to be best. Being it is made overseas, I always doubt the quality.. But I have not seen anyone note complete failures.
Question:	how good is internal parts
Answer:	Works great on door jambs. I used it to get new flooring under the jamb. Use a scrap piece of flooring as guide to get the right height.Avoid hitting any nails, will wreck the blade.
Question:	How well does it work as a sander
Answer:	Yes you can, after a fashion. You need to hold on very tightly and the wood should not be too thick.

Answer:	I'd favor 3M 03171 4" Paint and Rust Stripper that I found on Amazon for a great price. Chuck it up in a drill and it does a nice job on removing rust. I used one on some rusty bodywork on my truck and it really did the job. I also own the Genesis but preferred the speed of the paint stripper and how it left the surface clear of rust.

Answer:	I have purchased two of these batteries, and when fully charged will provide several hours of service. I have never had to change batteries during a NASCAR race and I use them listen to freight trains when I am out photographing them. The only suggestions I have is that either you are not get it fully charged, or it is just plain defective. The only charging indicator on my scanner is a warning just before the battery dies, so I have two batteries and I charge both, leaving the scanner plugged in all night long, 8-12 hours for each battery. I also have a 12V charger to keep them topped off in the car if need be.
