Question:	I’m looking for a 30”long by 20 “wide
Answer:	Unfortunately, there are 2 versions of this bowl clip/holder. The one with 2 heavy gauge metal rings that are connected at the tip, (as in the product picture), with a little rectangular clip, works perfectly. Rotate the bowl to insert and remove. The other model, which I received (twice) when I tried to get a second one, is awful! The 2 rings are continuous and flared out at the end( kind of U shaped), instead of being connected with the clip, like in the product picture. This version is so tight that I was sure I was going to snap off a fingernail or hurt my hand trying to reinsert it after washing. And you can forget trying to insert or remove it if there is any food or water in the bowl - it will go flying everywhere. I tried returning and replacing it, but I got the bad version again. I give up!
Question:	What are the dimensions of the 36" tray
Answer:	No chemical or plastic smells on mine. Worked perfect for my move.

Answer:	We didn't use the water bowl cause my cat doesn't drink much water anyway so he was good until we reached our destination so we didn't use it. The litter box we put in there but he again waited till we got to our destination to go. So we didn't have much luck with either but he did like the room it gave him instead of his small carrier we would've had to put him in. We do love the kitty condo!

Answer:	You cannot carry the pet inside the condo...it has no hard bottom, because it collapses into a tiny package when not in use. It is much too large to take on an airplane, but it works in the back of my Kia Soul, or as a play area in the yard.

Answer:	The cage itself is huge. Your 5 pounder should be fine. The "cave" made by the food shelf probably won't fit that large of a bunny under it, though.

Answer:	Hi Our guinea pig is about 10" long She fits in there great! Lots of more room. She loves her sleeping habit which is covered over with wood , little round door to enter and exit. We also purchased a wire pen to have much room to play. So it's big enough for comfort, sleep, if you have to lock it. But not for the entity of living alone. Hope this helps

Answer:	Hi. I just bought this item a few weeks ago. I don’t know why you would need an additional bottom. It slides out easily for cleaning. I put two baskets with shredded paper liner in the hidden area and our baby rabbit uses these exclusively. I actually put a padded bathroom mat in the bottom of the rest of the cage and she has yet to have an accident on it. It’s saving me lots of $ not refilling the entire bottom of the cage every time I clean it out.

Answer:	Am not sure--I am using it for native hopping mice here in Australia. They are similar in size and shape to gerbils.

Answer:	It is small. Not 100% sure how big hedgehogs are but I bet this would be too small. I use it for a mouse.

Answer:	It's really big, but I would think 4 cockatiels is a bit much. If you take them out to a playyard every day, perhaps. Maybe someone else can give you more info. I like to give my pets lots of room.
Question:	Do the hooks turn sideways also or are they set in one position
Answer:	I see no reason why you couldn't! The bar spacing should be fine for love birds...if that is your concern. It is fine for smaller birds, too, such as finches, canaries, & parakeets. There are both vertical bars and horizontal bars. The wood is quite soft and my parakeets chew it quite a bit but it is not a major issue. I would buy again. I did, however, add my own feeding cups...I did not like the recessed dishes as provided...was too much of a mess & hassel. I got a sheet of plexiglass to put on the wooden "shelf" that comes with the cage to hold the feeding dishes. This way the shelf can be easily wiped off & cleaned. If you have another question about some speciific feature of the cage I am more than happy to try to help. My five parakeets seem very happy in this cage/aviary!

Answer:	Mine looks like chrome.
Question:	Can I order an additional floor grate
Answer:	We ended up cutting the edges off the edges of another brand of large dog bottom so there was a comfortable bottom to the cage verses making the dog sleep on an uncomfortable barred platform. This crate is study and lightweight, which makes transport easy, but it is definitely NOT made of stainless steel as advertised.
Question:	I want to stack my two 48" cages. Please help me with your solution to stack them
Answer:	This cage isn’t sturdy enough to stack. I use it for puppies only. For my American bullies I use this one and it stacks great Gelinzon Heavy Duty Dog Cage Stainless Steel Strong Metal Kennel and Crate for Large Dogs, i have been using these for over a year now. Holding up great has wide slats on floor bottom (instead of round ones) easier on feet and much much easier to clean. I ordered some long metal zip ties and zip ties the two together and they haven’t chewed the metal zip ties. Plastic ones work for a while but will break if the dog moves around a lot.
Question:	Floor its square or round
Answer:	I don't like this cage. It's very pretty but not sure how the finish will hold up and the floor has square bars and I am afraid the dogs (I have small dogs) will get their feet hung in the spaces.
