Answer:	The dog does come with the crate, but fully disassembled. And let me tell you, the directions leave a lot to be desired. Think ikea, but with over 300 bones and countless bits of plumbing and soft "accessories." I got this for my daughter for Christmas last year and was up until 5 a.m. putting the thing together. I don't think I ever really did get it quite right, and sadly our little dog can only walk in circles and croaks like a frog. Gentle as a lamb, though, we love him.

Answer:	Assuming you are talking about the 24 inch size....Likely not unless you want it just big enough to be the size of your dog. The dogs we had in ours are both in the 10 to 12 pound range. Two crates - one dog per crate. We had our 15 pound dog, who is high energy, in there for car drives but she is long for her size so it was getting tight for her and we would only use it to keep her very confined for the car ride. It would have not worked for her during the day at home.

Answer:	The pad itself is a waterproof type of foam. The floor of the crate itself is just like the other walls of the crate, but in a different color(black). I doubt that it is waterproof although it might be treated with some kind of water repellent. My pup has never wet inside the crate, but she only sleeps in it overnight. She isn't left in it if we go away. I keep a towel inside the crate, over the pad since she "nests" and would tear the pad cover apart very quickly..
Question:	I have a guide dog who is approx. 55-60 lbs. What size soft crate do I need
Answer:	I just bought the 42 links and yes it is very roomy, but from a 60 pound lab which is a guide dog as well. It is rather large. I need the 36 link. Literally my boyfriend crawled into the 42 and him and the guide dog fit very perfectly.
Question:	How much does this weigh in its carrying case
Answer:	Not sure how much but completely folded with the case on I can carry it just fine. It takes a little muscle power but easy to move around by one person and load into a car. I am 5' 3" and 100lbs so not very big. Hope this helps. PS; Remember there is no water bowl or an area to put one. As you probably read I rig one to the metal side bar.

Answer:	Depends, if it is strictly for home use, yeah. But if you are going to use it for airline travel no. For airlines the dog needs to be able to sit or stand without head touching the top and must be able to lay stretched out. You would need to go up a size to pass the airlines regulations for shipping. But to just go in to sleep or be confined while you take a run to the local shop, no problem.
Question:	What size box does the 36” kennel get shipped in
Answer:	The cost is over 400.00 to ship but it made Hawaii to Oregon with dog in one piece! Worth it??? That’s a question you need to answer that doesn’t include the purchase
Question:	How much does the medium kennel weigh? It says 25 lbs but that's way more than all the other sizes
Answer:	I just picked it up to guess the weight. I think it is much less than 25 pounds. Perhaps that is the shipping weight, including packaging. We have an older kennel which weighs about the same as this one. I doubt there is much variation between sizes. The kennel works fine for us, but I would add a few considerations: 1. this kennel does not have a handle on top for carrying, 2. this kennel's door opens only from one side, unlike others which open either direction, and 3. this kennel uses wing nuts to hold the two halves together. When we travel with a kennel, we take our older one because it uses latches to hold it together. It all depends on your needs. As for weight: they all weigh about the same.

Answer:	The spindles are a light weight metal, they look great. My animals love their crates & they don't try to get out so I have no issue with the bars' strength or lack there of. They seem reasonably solid& I'm very happy with the crate.
Question:	how wide are the slats on the door i have a 3lb puppy and want to make sure she can't get out through the door
Answer:	Just grabbed my tape measure and checked - the bars have a 1 1/2 inch space between them. I have the extra large crate - I'm sure the smaller crate would have smaller spaces, if not the same size spaces - hope this helps!

Answer:	Crates for dogs are NOT intended to act as a cage your pet is forced into against their will. Read any number of the many books on CRATE TRAINING. It's based on the natural canine den behaviors. I've crate trained dogs from a 20 lb Shiba-inu up to a 130 lb Akita. The result is a dog that perceives the crate as their safe haven; where they willingly CHOOSE to go to sleep and to feel safe when they're home alone. If you just force your dog inside and slam the door, they'll see it as a punishment and fear it... wanting to escape. When you bought a leash, did you magically expect your pet would know how to behave perfectly on the next walk? Learn how the product Is intended to be used and invest the time in training yourself and your pet in the proper technique. Then you'll get positive results. A crate is not a prison. Appropriately trained dogs use their crates by preference. In fact, mine will complain if I close the door, locking them out. They WANT to use it. If you don't have the time or interest, you can always find a reputable trainer to assist you (be sure to get references though - there's a lot of self proclaimed experts out there who just take your money and provide no help at all). Answer:	It is pretty exact with the measurements but you could easily make modifications with additional velcro. You would want it to be a little bigger than smaller.

Answer:	Yes! This cage can hold a regular dog or a large dog. And I was actually able to fit inside right next to my two regular dog's. So this 48" cage is bigger than expected. And I had to buy the cage cover apart from this cage too. The cage cover fit perfect. But my dog's tear and rip everything in their path. After several months they ate the cover on the edges and have opened a small hole in one of the front gate doorways. Good luck!
