Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.

Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Answer:	Please keep in mind that Pawscout is not GPS. Please read our description carefully to make sure you understand how it works. You will be able to see your pet’s approximate location on the map in the app as long as you or someone with the Pawscout App is within 300 feet of your pet.

Answer:	Yes, when you are in range of your pet it will show on a map. I have it on both my dog, and cat. The only real thing I dislike it the batteries seem to go dead a little fast. They do give you a few extra ones.

Answer:	not very wide at all, I use a very thin collar on my beagle cuz it's only on her for show, she's free-range and barely ever had a leash on. I'd say anywhere between 1" to 3"
Question:	what range does the tracker have to be for the phone app?? ex. 2 mi range
Answer:	I can be out shopping in a town 25 miles away and check on my phone to see where my dogs are at home. My husband also installed the app on his phone and he can check where they are also.
Question:	Why are people saying 50ft, is it 400 feet or not? Wht is with this 'line of sight', what pet gets lost in line of sight? Does collar HAVE to beep
Answer:	It is about 200 feet or so in reality. It will pick up a faint beep on the locator, and the closer you get the more it will beep and start going into the yellow then green for really close. My at will be behind my woods, probably 70 to 100 feet, and I can start zeroing in on her. There is no line of sight through all the trees. Usally I'll just make a lap around the house and it will start going off when I'm pointed in the right direction. The collar does beep, buts it's faint with the water resistant cover on. Not loud enough to bother your pet. It's a great product as long as your pet stay within the vicinity of your property. If your pet wanders off through several acres then it might be out of range, but then you're not going to find them at that point anyhow. I would highly recommend this product.
Question:	My cat is 8 pounds, will this be too big for him
Answer:	My cat is 9 lbs. she doesn't even notice it. It may be too big for a kitten under 6 mos., but other than that it is fairly small light weight and barely noticeable.
Question:	Where can I find replacement batteries
Answer:	Battery info in enclosed manual in box. Handheld uses one CR2032. Tag uses SR54 (silver oxide) 1.5v button cell. both can be found in most stores that carry batteries. Its on page 8 of the manual.
Question:	Does this work if a cat has wandered far away, in a wooded area, for example, i.e. more than 400 feet away
Answer:	I think the comments that say 'don't buy it' are a bit extreme, to be honest. We've been using ours for about 4 years now and we find it invaluable, but of course it has limitations. If I'm in line of sight with no obstructions (or nothing much more than a few shrubs) I reckon I have a range of about 150 feet, but if there are obstructions like walls, fences, cars etc in the way then the range drastically reduces. If my cat is out of range and I seriously want her home I do a quick walk around the block and can swiftly work out which yard she's lurking in. In your scenario with the woods, if you took a walk through them you would probably pick up the cat once you were in reasonable proximity. You can get units which will sense at much larger ranges, but they tend to be full GPS locators and then you're looking at a much more expensive unit, plus monthly data fees. Our unit has only needed the batteries replacing once or twice over four years and actually survived a ride through the washing machine in my pants pocket. I swear by the thing.

Answer:	Wi-Fi is not required to find a dog, as long as as there is Verizon coverage in the area. However, Wi-Fi is required to setup a FitBark GPS (we need at least one Wi-Fi Safe Place to conserve battery life when your dog is at home). Please consider that battery life may be on the low end if your dog spends most of their time outside of a Wi-Fi Safe Place, or far from your iOS/Android phone.

Answer:	We use a variety of technologies to track the location of your pet including GPS, third-party Wi-Fi networks nearby, and Bluetooth. However, if the FitBark GPS cannot rely on Verizon coverage in your area, it won't be able to report its location back to your phone in real time.
