Answer:	Yes, I do believe it is a good measure and partially useful for assessing cardiovascular health. One issue is that the measurements sometimes vary widely. I am 70 years old, and it measured my internal as young as 39, another at 57, and also at 67, even though my exercise and dietary habits have remained the same. So there is room for improvement in order to achieve validity. Since I am a dietary consultant, my lifestyle habits (dietary & exercise) were and are good before my using the device, i.e. at 70 years, my HDL is 80, and I take no medications whatsoever. I would like to see more consistent readings from the iHeart since my apw has been as high as 11.91 and low as 10.55 with SpO2 at 99%, and average heart rate between 49 to 55 bpm. Supposedly there is an upgrade in the works. If it comes along, please let me know.
