Answer:	No, but it does have a bungee effect. You could hook another leash onto it though. I have walked both of my dogs by latching both their leash and my other dogs normal leash onto the belt and it works great. The length of this leash is just about perfect for my 60 pound German Wirehaired pointer with a harness on. I think it would be a little too short if used with a normal collar though.

Question:	What's the maximum waist circumference
Answer:	Thank you for your question! The Quantum leash is very adjustable and can be used for waists of all sizes. The total length of the leash is 84" (7 feet - when the handle is not in use), so this length can be adjusted to any waist size and whatever length is left will be the length of leash available for your dog. So for example, if a waist is 48", the length left for walking the dog will be 36" (3 feet).
