Answer:	Probably. The straps are long, so it wouldn't be a problem to reach down to a smaller dog, but the straps are sturdy and large. We really like ours!

Answer:	Yes, I'm assuming he's pulling you a bit too hard? If so, theres two ways to remedy this. One is the "pinch collar" (most ppl don't prefer), but it is effective. The other way is basic obedience by walking him close to you and when he starts to pull you, pat your side, turn around and walk the other direction. This will take a bit of repitition, and start out with about 5 steps at a time, then when he gets tired of walking in circles he'll stay close to you. Hope it helps.

Answer:	Skip this pad and all other 7" pads all together. There is too much surface area, and will bog the DA machine down and it will perform subpar and you won't get the results you desire. Buy a 5.5" backing plate and get the Meguiars microfiber cutting discs 5.5" and a 5.5" polishing pad. I use Chemical guys black foam hexlogic, but I have friends that use lake country polishing pads. Everyone I know uses the 5.5" meguiars microfiber cutting pads. Hope this helps!
