Question: Can you recommend best instructor hiit dvd with newest songs
Answer: I think it is a legit, solid workout. It's not Crossfit and it's not yoga. It's kind of a medium intensity workout that you can vary depending on what you put into it. I will say, never would I have thought holding a light piece of wood would add that much to a workout. On the downside, I don't do this one as much because it is pretty long. I wish she had thrown in a couple of shorter bonus workouts. I've gotten where I do split workouts a lot, doing thirty minutes in the morning and thirty minutes in the afternoon. It's hard for me to work this one in on this schedule.
Question: Is there a lot of jumping around
Answer: I've been doing the workout for over a month, and there is no jumping...other than one move where Erin mentions that one could add a jump to make it more plyometric. Its a great workout for anyone...in my opinion anyway.

It IS a very fun challenging workout with original music that is unique & different. This DVD is very good for what you want as it is very simple to add in a few times a week to whatever you are currently doing. Will you please let us know the results you acheive as we are always adding to our "pounds lost on the program" so people can see it works regardless of level of skill.
Question: Is the bar included with the dvd
Answer: No the bar is not included. However, the day after I ordered the DVD. I was sent an Email explaining that you can buy a 40" dowel rod for 2 to 3 dollars at Home Depot, or a hardware store,etc. They give you guidance on the steps you should take to go forward in this new direction in your life. I love this DVD.
