Answer:	Yes,these gloves are windproof and warm enough,also can as a liner gloves for ski gloves.

Answer:	The top material is very stretchy so you should fit in both. Medium will be a little tighter on the hand, Large will be a little loose so I would choose based upon how you typically like your gloves to fit. I would suggest a medium in this style of glove though. Some others it might make the glove fit really tight to go with the lower size but since the material is just like the Lycra gym leggings, it will really stretch to fit any size. If you feel the glove is too tight, just contact us through Amazon and we can exchange them for free :)
Question:	Two questions. First, how do you set which number the button will "dial"? And, I have an internet-based phone service. Does this work with that
Answer:	Its going to vary a little bit from person to person since there are different shaped hands but typically a glove like this is going to be on your hand and not get in the way of your wrist, so it does not affect your ability to move your wrists. A "wrist-wrap" glove is going to have a long strap which would wrap around your wrist a couple times and help support the wrist for heavy weights however it does limit wrist mobility and it is not good for exercises like kettle bell swings, upright barbell rows, tricep exercises, and also bicep exercises where you may want to bend your wrist to help support the weight. We currently do not sell any wrist wrap gloves designed specifically for women however under the Contraband Black Label, we sell three wrist wrap style gloves, the 5710, 5930 and 5990 gloves. Answer:	We know customers have used these before and tagged us in photos on social media but maybe a customer can answer as to the durability when used in a wheelchair. Since the work great in the gym for lightweight things, I think they would work just fine. What wears these down fast is daily use on dumbbells and barbells which have the textured metal for grip. The only thing we would recommend doing to maintain grip, is to use a alcohol swab on the palm of the glove from time to time, it will help kill any bacteria the gloves may pickup as well as remove any oils that stick to the silicone on the palm of the gloves. We do have free returns if you contact us directly, Amazon may charge you like $8 to return them but if you contact us on Amazon, through our website, or on social media, we can email a prepaid label. So if you do purchase them and find they don't work for you, we are happy to pay the shipping back to us and refund you 100%.

Answer:	We didnt design these gloves for cheerleading but they are very versatile. If you use them indoors on a surface like a basketball court then they should be extremely durable and the silicone will help grip the floor. If you use them outdoors on a track, then they could wear the silicone down a lot faster but it would really depend on how much weight is applied and if you drag them across the ground or if they are just used for something like a handstand which would not wear them as much. We do have a 30 day return policy so I would suggest giving them a shot and letting us know if you need to return them. As a side note, we do offer custom printing, so if this is a Sports team, college, high school, etc, we do offer the ability to custom print a logo on the lycra as well as brand the logo area as well. Answer:	There are no tags on the gloves that indicate how they should be cleaned and I don't remember getting any instructions in the package they arrived in. My guess would be that they could hand washed but I would avoid machine washing.
