However, this buckle is lockable - to lock/unlock it, one can move the orange button slightly to the side until it clicks. Buckle also has words "lock" and "unlock" on it, for convenience. If you can not press down on to the sides, it is most likely locked. Please unlock it and try opening it again. If the issue wouldn't be resolved, please contact us again!

Question:	Will it beep or vibrate when my dog barks automatically
Answer:	No, it’s has a button for each thing. You have to press them. I start with the beep and then the vibration. It’s not a bark collar. It’s more for training
Question:	Does the collar automatically shut off after a while of inactivity
Answer:	No the collar don't turn off but the remote will go to sleep. I got the collar and charged them up on September 27. I put it on my puppy the next day and I have not charged it yet. My remote still shows full battery and the light on the remote is still bright and the collar has not turned red.
Question:	Can I purchase a second receiver that will work with the same remote
Answer:	Yes. You can purchase a second receiver . You have to toggle between dog 1 and dog 2 on the side of the remote.

Answer:	the leash diameter is 0.5 inch for size L and XL, 0.375 inch for size M, 0.25 inch for size S and XS. All leash come with a firm and comfortable foam handle.

Answer:	I think you should look for an extra small for now. I had to purchase several collars for my Chesapeake Bay Retriever in order to find one that was not too big. With that being said, we use the leash daily and both leash and collar appear very well made. You could try a small but it might still be way too big. Best to measure his neck and then plan accordingly. Good luck!

Answer:	The dog collar is not reflective. but the dog leash is reflective.
Question:	how does the collar open? do you just slide the button, or do you have to squeeze to open it
Answer:	You slide the red button and pinch to open, then click it shut and slide the button to the opposite side to lock it. The locking mechanism has been amazing for us because our dog can easily unsnap regular collars.
