Answer:	Their sizes are choices listed when you order. I have 2 dogs, one 8lbs, the other 12lbs. I ordered the size recommended.Both were great fits

Answer:	I wouldn't buy it for a cat. It has a fastex buckle that won't break away. We use it on our 80 lb. pit mix dog.
Question:	Do you make a version for cats
Answer:	This is not a cat collar. Cats need quick release collars. This is so when they get caught on things they(and they will) they hopefully can get free.
Question:	Does this collar hold up well? I bought a similar one last year and the reflective strip has come loose
Answer:	I purchased this collar last month and it has held up very well. It arrived weeks before it was expected ( original delivery date was August 20). The reflective strip is more like a 3m ribbon and the embroidery is over that ribbon. Honestly, I wasn’t sure about the quality when I ordered. But this is a great collar. I have ordered more!

Answer:	If a puppy I would go with a medium but would recommend a different collar. If the puppy is not used to a collar and scratches at it it will be a mess. That's what happened with mine I had to throw it out and bought a Blueberry brand one more expensive but not by much and so worth it
Question:	How do you open the clasp? Do you hold in the side panels while you press the orange button? I can't get it open after I put it on my dog
Answer:	Hello! Sorry you are having troubles with the buckle. To open the buckle, please press on both sides simultaneously and just pull it apart. However, this buckle is lockable - to lock/unlock it, one can move the orange button slightly to the side until it clicks. Buckle also has words "lock" and "unlock" on it, for convenience. If you can not press down on to the sides, it is most likely locked. Please unlock it and try opening it again. If the issue wouldn't be resolved, please contact us again!

To determine the correct collar size for your dog, use a soft tape measure or piece of string and wrap it snugly around the base of your dog’s neck – snug enough so that you cannot fit any fingers under the measuring tape. Your pet’s measured neck size must fit within the collar’s adjustable length range. For instance, if your dog’s neck measures 13” inches order an 11”-16” inch adjustable collar.
