Answer:	As far as I know, yes it does. There is a little tip that fits into the box on the collar that holds the citronella and you push the can down and that's how it fills up with the citronella. Good Luck!

Answer:	I put it on my brother's little dog; I believe about that weight or smaller; rat terrier mix. It is very bulky, but did the job while I was dog sitting for a week. (It's been awhile, so I can't remember details,) but I recall having to tape or zip tie the collar to fit the tiny neck. If you just use it as needed it seems fine, but otherwise, I feel sorry for any super tiny dog wearing it. I bought it for my 70 pound dogs.

Answer:	So far I haven't had to refill it. I did see that it is quite sensitive when it is in the "on" position. It sprayed us right off the bat. Be sure to turn it "off" while refilling? Maybe? Good luck 

Answer:	Sprays only. But it didn't stop the dogs from barking, so I went to a shock collar with 3 settings, shock, vibrate and tone. I only use the vibrate and tone controls and that works great. I have never shocked the dog. Also, if you are going to go that route with the shock collar with the 3 settings and not use the shock button, place the collar on LOOSELY, but not too loose so it will come off, not tightly as it will cause a sore on the dogs neck. Answer:	Sure does! I had him wear it and the first time he barked it squirted and scared him, but he stopped barking immediately. He was ok for a few days and started barking again, so I put it on him again. He barked it squirted, he went flying all over the house trying to get away. I felt really bad, but took it off and since then i only have to show him the collar and he stops barking right away. He actually watches tv and before had barked at any animal he saw, cartoon or real. He no longer barks at tv and very rarely barks at other dogs, just whimpers a little. It was worth every penny.

Answer:	If you're dog is smart it will learn it can bark about 30 times and run the sparay empty. Then they bark all day long anyway.

Answer:	(1). Maybe the sensitivity is too low, so it can't sense the bark of dogs. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level. (2). Maybe the collar is not filled with citronella spray. (The collar does not contain citronella spray at first, so you need to fill it first) (3). Maybe the collar is in the "Remote control mode", please switch from "Remote control mode" to "Auto anti-bark mode". (Only for "With Remote Control" version). (4). When using the "auto anti-bark mode", the collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Answer:	yes at top of control , there are 2 dog faces.. mark them as 1 and 2- or by dog name. tap left face for one-right for 2nd dog.. however, if it is for “ bark” control ‘only’... just turn on- leave alone- bark control is default.. so, hit faces “only” if you want manual control: perhaps to stop digging, lunging at other dogs.. works like a charm on our mini schnauzer..
Question:	What is the weight of the device? Can the collar be shortened if needed
Answer:	There are 3 areas on the “down side” of the sprayer box on the collar. Pull the middle cover back and hold it firmly while inserting the nozzle from the refill can into the hole. PRESS FIRMLY to hold it in place while filling. Hold it for a count of 10 to 15 and release quickly. I recommend that the sprayer box be on a counter while doing this and not hold it in your hand. The nozzle needs to be place directly into the fill holed and held firmly in place.

Answer:	You can certainly use it in Manual training mode and manually spray the dogs when they Whine to teach them and correct that Behaviour. If you use the collar only in auto anit bark mode without the remote control manual training, the collar has been developed to pick up dog barking sounds based on loudness and frequency, but you will need to see if it will work with Whine sounds too, but definitely it can assist your dog in Manual training mode.
