Answer:	If you're dog is smart it will learn it can bark about 30 times and run the sparay empty. Then they bark all day long anyway.

Answer:	(1). Maybe the sensitivity is too low, so it can't sense the bark of dogs. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level. (2). Maybe the collar is not filled with citronella spray. (The collar does not contain citronella spray at first, so you need to fill it first) (3). Maybe the collar is in the "Remote control mode", please switch from "Remote control mode" to "Auto anti-bark mode". (Only for "With Remote Control" version). (4). When using the "auto anti-bark mode", the collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Answer:	yes at top of control , there are 2 dog faces.. mark them as 1 and 2- or by dog name. tap left face for one-right for 2nd dog.. however, if it is for “ bark” control ‘only’... just turn on- leave alone- bark control is default.. so, hit faces “only” if you want manual control: perhaps to stop digging, lunging at other dogs.. works like a charm on our mini schnauzer..
Question:	What is the weight of the device? Can the collar be shortened if needed
Answer:	There are 3 areas on the “down side” of the sprayer box on the collar. Pull the middle cover back and hold it firmly while inserting the nozzle from the refill can into the hole. PRESS FIRMLY to hold it in place while filling. Hold it for a count of 10 to 15 and release quickly. I recommend that the sprayer box be on a counter while doing this and not hold it in your hand. The nozzle needs to be place directly into the fill holed and held firmly in place.

Why the collar does not spray or beep when my dog barks?

1). Maybe the collar is not switched to "Auto anti-bark mode".

2). The collar is not filled with citronella spray. (The collar does not contain spray at first, so need to fill it first)

3). The collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog still bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

4). Maybe the sensitivity is too low so it can't sense the dog's bark. Please adjust the sensitivity to a higher level- after turning on the collar, press the On/Off button to adjust the sensitivity. The blue LED light will indicate the level of sensitivity (L/M/H).



How do I know that I should refill the spray?

When the Red LED light of collar flashes 1 time per 5 seconds, please refill the spray. We suggest that full refill the spray before use every time.
