One of my tires would not lock in place, I sent pet gear an email and in 4 days they mailed me a new tire that snapped on like a charm. They stand behind their product! I truly love the size and the style. My dog is only 13 pounds so she’s not too heavy for it! I need to buy another and want this stroller but I am afraid I’ll have the same experience.
