Question:	how does it attach to headrests? are there straps
Answer:	There are two adjustable straps with carabiners to attach around headrest.
Question:	are there slits for the seat belts
Answer:	Yes. We can still use the back seat - seat belts.
Question:	Is it soft on top? Does it slide on leather seats
Answer:	It isn't soft on top. It is tough,durable material and waterproof. It has a strap that fastens around the headrest that holds it in place. It sometimes slides when my old dog jumps on it,but part of that is his age. He is also buckled in the seat as well so it doesn't slide. It might slip some if the dog is not restrained.i am very happy with mine. Hope this helps.

Question:	Small and large items have same dimensions. What are the dimensions of this small item
Answer:	Thats odd that they both have the same dimensions? The "Small" size I ordered in both Grey and Beige fit (both) my Small Sub-Compact Cars, a 2011 Ford Fiesta and a 2012 Kia Rio5 Hatchback perfectly. I would order the "size" depending on the Vehicle its going to be used in. If the list the identical measurements for different sizes, it must be a misprint. I`d verify with Bergan the Manufacturer if in doubt for exact specifications. These Seat Protectors are GREAT!
Question:	I have a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Will this fit well on the 3rd row 60/40 split, on the 60 part only

Question:	What are the measurements for both the small and large and do they come with straps? Is fabric soft of stiff
Answer:	I have the large which is 54"wide, seat 17",back 23" ,has strap to go around back of seat. I have in midsize suv 07 dodge nitro. the material is not soft,like canvas,easy to get hair off by putting dryer no heat for few minutes. I am very happy with it.

Question:	This says it come in 2 materials. What's the 2nd? Is it just grey and black reversible maybe
Answer:	It was just grey. Im not sure whts the 2nd material.
Question:	Some have said it has a rubbery smell. Does this go away after washing
Answer:	I've never washed one of mine (I have one on each front seat). Neither one of them smelled rubbery that I recall and they certainly don't know over a year later ... laundered or not.
Question:	Has anyone used this with a dog car seat harness? I'm just wondering how the harness will attach to the car if the entire seat is covered
Answer:	You would have to open the seam and pull the belt attachment through it or keep the one side of the cover up so you can attach the belt underneath. The hammock cover for the backseat has the opening already and your dog would be safer in the backseat while you are driving. I even purchased the barrier so my Aussies remain in the back seat and can't try and sit in the front bucket seat. The products are very durable and I've machine washed them multiple times and always hang to dry.
Question:	How does it attach? I need something that goes on easy and stays on, but is also quick to remove
Answer:	There is a small "tongue" of fabric that slips through between the seat and seat back. There is/are small bungee cords that attach via grommets in the tongue. Hope that helps. Mine was the seat cover, not Poncho.

Answer:	58" wide( side to side) seat depth up to 19" seat back 27" total 46 " fits my jeep just fine

Answer:	The distance between the slots for the seat belts in the rear seat of our Lexus sedan is approximately 15 inches; we have the same model seat cover in the back seat of our Saturn SUV and it works just fine. The 15" dimension is the width between slots; the slots are about 6" long and allow plenty of room for the seat belts to slip through easily. I added some grommets to the sides and bottom front with small bungees to secure the seat covers; we have a large dog (105 lbs) and need it tight . We have had several of these seat covers over the eight years we have had our dog and highly recommend them, good price/value.
Question:	is the tan color really tan? it looks almost orangy in the picture
Answer:	The one I received is light tan, almost beige.

Question:	Does it have a leash clip/tether
Answer:	We took ours on Alaska Airlines, with dimension restrictions of 17" x 11" x 9.5" max. No one batted an eye. Our logic was that if they asked, it could squish down to those dimensions in all directions. The top definitely had to squish in the back, but the front was fine. We also put a dry fur pad in the bottom to make it leakproof. The blue sized ones fit perfectly. Ours didn't have wheels.

Answer:	I got the smallest one and the hooks are 2 3/4 inches approximately apart. You can probably email the company for specs on the larger bowl sets.

Question:	Is the body sturdy enough that it doesn't collapse when being pulled around corners by the straps
Answer:	I can only say it was collapsed when I received it and even after I tried to pull the top back up it stayed in that condition. Also it was "very small" for my 12 lb cat. Even if the roof had not been collapsed she would not have been comfortable.
Question:	How did you keep the top/roof from collapsing? It came folded, but can't seem to keep it open wide allowing more space on top
Answer:	Once we put the base in place, it stayed up fine. We had an older one that we replaced, and once they start to get smashed in, they pretty much stay collapsed until an animal is in it, at which point you couldn't tell it was ever collapsed. But it never bothered our cats. In fact, one of them went through a phase of preferring to sleep in the smashed down carrier vs. the new open one, but now he's back to sleeping on the bed. We don't have wheels on ours.
Question:	Are these AA Airlines compliant for a 22 lb ckmbo terrier/chinchilla dog
Answer:	To be sure, contact AA Airlines. Otherwise, we're just guessing.
Question:	Will the large carrier hold up to a 22lb combination terrier-chihuahua dog
Answer:	It could. Might be a tad snug. Hope it's not going on a plane in cabin. Has to be 20 pounds bag and pet.
