Answer:	Lots of treats! I have two dogs that use the stairs. One got it right away with treats and the other one it took a few days. Just use treats to coax and the dog will eventually use them. Hold the treat initially and then put one on a stair where they have to actually reach for it by moving up one step. Eventually you will get the dog to move further and further up. Just be patient. :)

Answer:	My Pitt Mix is 70lbs and there was no problem with her on the steps. They are quite deep and she went up them so fast she was probably on them for 20seconds or less. Then she just jumped onto the couch. They also worked great for my car because ramps didn't work on my sedan. These steps rested on the seat. I did put a small rug under the foot portion because it was on the driveway. I am so happy with these steps. I wish I knew about them sooner. My dog is 10 years old.

Answer:	Each step is about 4" high from the floor. Total about 16" with an additional 4" to get on a bed. Perfect for my Maltese. Not too steep, but sometimes, if he's running, it's a bit slippery.

Answer:	It does not wobble. It slips a tiny bit on carpet, but is quite stable when backed up to something (bed, couch). I can stand on the far end of one step without it wobbling or tipping over.

Answer:	These would support a 70 pound animal, but if they have a stiff leg or difficulty stepping / climbing, this may not be the best fit. The steps are rigid, exactly as shown in the picture. My dog has arthritis and at times has trouble making one of the steps (height). There are similar ramps that have “scalloped” steps .. a bit softer, rounded and easier if the animal can’t take a big step up. (Just something to think about moving forward in case the pup has ongoing problems.)

Answer:	I have a Lhasa and a chihuahua. The Lhasa took to it after 3 or 4 treats and encouragement. The chi will go up the stairs with guidance but jumps off the bed and avoids the stairs. I first purchased the three step because of the height of my bed but they hit their legs on the steps every time so that they avoided them. I am returning those because the steps are too narrow even for small dogs. Now I have the 2 step and those steps are 12” deep so they can get their whole body on them and they are starting to go up and down with far less reminding and encouragement. I put a bench at the foot of the bed which acts as a third step and they seem to be able to see where they are headed easier and climb up and down without slipping or hitting their legs. The three step is just too steep and too narrow on the steps, only 9” deep. The two step 12” deep step makes a huge difference for them Theses steps are solid and do not move or make noise so w think they will be using them on their own very soon.

Answer:	I love this Easy Step..I do not have the item next to me ..it is out in my SUV. I have a 9 year old 140 pound dog and this makes it so much easier for her to get in the back seat or lift gate..It also helps her get up on our bed that is quite high. It comes unassembled, so follow the directions..it has carpet on top of steps so that the dog has good grip. I looked at a lot of these before I selected it, I read the reviews and they were great. I am in my mid 60's and this has been a god send..it sure saves the wear and tear on my back of trying to get the dog into the car.You will be happy if you get it, it is made well and very durable

Answer:	I DON'T UNDERSTAND. If Amazon is selling them why don't you know dimensions?Item Dimensions:online says: (22" L x 20" W x 16" H)
Question:	is this a good choice for a 90 lb Labrador with arthritis
Answer:	I think using a soft mallet would be ok. I had difficulty snapping a few of the pieces together as well. I ended up using my body weight against the floor. But at least we know that once they are snapped, the stairs are pretty sturdy.
Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	I have a subaru outback. two steps up and one more into the car. This is for a 75lb Dog. Works fine. But these are really large to be hauling around with you. they don't fold up or anything. I leave them in the garage. When we are out, I usually lift him by hand. But they are very steady steps. My dog is very nervous about such thing but he trusts these.
