Question:	Can I buy a replacement cover for the large bed
Answer:	Yes, you can buy a replacement cover for the large bed. It's just a little hard to find. The replacement covers are on the same page as the beds. They are the three right hand boxes at the bottom. To add to the confusion, they're referred to as "sheets". Contact Barkbox's excellent customer service if you need help. I just received two fleece covers which are made just like the original covers. They fit well, but are not yet dog-tested. I've had good luck with the original covers with the exception of the waterproof backing breaking down after 10 months because my young English Setter is a nester. I wash the covers in cool water and always dry them outside or on a drying rack.
Question:	How waterproof is the cover
Answer:	Not waterproof at all!!! Dog went pee on it and it went through the cover all the way into the foam. Unfortunately you can't take off the white cover over the foam. So even after washing the cover, the pee smell stayed in the foam and reeked our home. Had to throw away. Biggest waste of money and lie.

Answer:	We have rescue Pits and they are renowned shedders all year round, so washing the dog beds thoroughly and using the laundry sanitizer routinely is a must for us. As far as the foam core, and while the cover is being laundered, we liberally spray it with aerosol disinfectant (I know finding a can of Lysol right now is not easy, but other effective options will suffice) and allowing it to dry in the sun, as that in itself will kill bacteria.

Answer:	I have 2 100lb German Shepards, this is by far the only beds that have held up to them. It has 2 independent covers, the inner cover is a thick plastic like material and the outer is soft but tightly woven. (The foam also holds their weight without compressing flat!). I cover their beds with a full size elastic bed sheet so that when they dig it bunches up the sheet without it letting go of the bed, which satisfies her need to nest and stops her from digging at it none stop. I would say it depends on your pups preference, if they like to sleep curled up , a large would be a great fit as the dimensions are 36in x 27in x 3in with a sleep surface of 27in x 22in. However if they like to sleep sprawled out then I would suggest a jumbo size as the dimensions for it are 44in x 35in x 4in with a sleep space of 32in x 29in.

Question:	What are the measurements of the sleeping surface
Answer:	I have a miniature pinscher puppy, and this size is perfect for her. It provides her with enough space to lie down and spread her small legs. It also is space enough to add a blanket, which she likes to snuggle with. I would say that your dog, at 25 pounds, would find this extremely comfortable orthopedic bed too small to use as a true sleeping haven. It would be like a chair for your dog, a very nice comfy one. Why not just get the next size up, or even the next? It would be worth it. The bed is good looking too. In our case, the brown bed matches our doggy's brown fur exactly! Best wishes.

Question:	How high is the bed? Would my senior dog have problems getting in and out
Answer:	If you call the company I am sure they will replace it. They actually called me this past week (after posting my complaint right after purchase quite a while ago) and reached out to ask if they could replace the cover that ripped the same day I put it down for my dog. I did not respond as the cover ripped and the foam inside was shredded the same place the cover was torn so I would almost need a whole new bed to make it right. I just put a thick blanket inside the bolster and that seems to be working OK. I doubt a new cover will correct the problem, it will likely just rip again. However, they DID reach out to me based only on my complaint on Amazon so I commend the integrity of their customer service . . . . but I doubt the result would be any different with a new cover for me because of the quality of the materials. You may have better luck with a new cover since your only issue was a zipper.
Question:	Does this have cooling foam
Answer:	As far as I know, the bolster pillows are not washable. That is the only negative about this bed. My dog has an easily upset tummy and gets diarrhea. She had an accident in her bed while crated and I was at work. The bed itself washed up beautifully, the waterproof cover for the memory foam base did its job. However, there was some leakage through to the bolster pillow "couch arms", and that was just gross. All I could do is clean it up by wiping with a damp cloth and let it dry out. I would have been so much happier if there was a waterproof cover for the bolster pillow as well.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the XL size bed
Answer:	Yes, I would say so. This bed is pretty large. My pit bull is 55 lbs and has plenty of room. What I did when I purchased was compare the size of her bed at the time to this one. It was obvious the PetFusion was plenty adequate! Her and my 14 lb dachshund have rested in it together with much space for comfort. And just a side note, my 10 year old son joked about how it was big enough for him when we initially unpackaged it, laid in it, and he was absolutely right-and he's 80 lbs! So my my suggestion would be go for it. Your Golden will love this bed!
