Answer:	When you wash, be sure not to use scented products. After washing, let it air out in the sun if you can. Put something in it that your cat likes to lay/sleep on - like one of your shirts, a towel or other fabric from another kitty bed. Your cat should feel more comfortable again once it begins to smell like the cat. I rarely wash my kitty beds - I do shake them out, maybe vacuum them and air them out on the patio but only wash when I must (spills, throw-ups, etc.). Cats like their things to smell like them.

Answer:	21 inches on the outside, about 18-19 inches on the inside.

Answer:	Yes the pet bed is wash and dryer safe. Sometimes there is a little shifting of the stuffing.
Question:	How high are the sides, and are they supportive for a small dog (12 lbs) to nest, rather than to collapse when they lay their head on the side
Answer:	5inches on the side. My 10 lb yorkie loves it. The sides only go down if he lays his whole body across the side. It's a little bit big for him but he snuggles into it at night and brings his blanket along. It's close to a year old and I've thrown it in the washer several times. Still looks great.
Question:	from past expierences chenille falls apart in the was. how does this hold up in the washer and does the middle cushion pop out to wash
Answer:	I just washed our bed and it washed fine. I did not put it in the dryer - hung it to dry and it died over night. My dog loves it! The center does not pop out.

Question:	The description refers to small and medium, but the selection for sizes are Jumbo and Standard. Can you please clarify
Answer:	I got the Jumbo for my 10 lb minpin and it gives her fair amount of room. I think the standard would have been a bit small for her.
Question:	What is the difference between the llan and the mason
Answer:	It’s just the pattern of the fabric. Look at the pictures carefully. Zoom in and you will see. The Mason pattern is sort of like little bricks. That’s the kind that I have 2 of.
Question:	Does the bed lose it's shape or softness after going in washer/dryer? Or how many washes before it starts? Thx
Answer:	I’m going to wash for the 1st time this week but don’t think it will lose its softness, it’s very well made & thick with nice material. Best bed we’ve ever purchased!
