Question:	Can I keep this cold like in the refrigerator
Answer:	It's not necessary, but you could keep it in your refrigerator, if you'd like. Storing in a cool, dry place, like a pantry or cupboard, would also work out just as well!
Question:	Why was cupuaçu butter removed as main ingredient in paw soother
Answer:	I have no idea, but this stuff is awesome. I have an Akita with big paws. We walk around 5 -6 miles daily. This keeps his paws in great condition.
Question:	What type of consistency is the paw soother? as in, it is solid hard like the pawtector? or is it more like vaseline
Answer:	Paw Soother is not as solid of a consistency as the PawTection, which is more like a wax, but it isn't anywhere near the gel-like Vaseline. It's easy enough to get a fair amount of Paw Soother on your fingers, though, if you choose to use your hands for application.
Question:	Can this be used on dry skin, other than paws

Answer:	I have 3 labs and for their elbows I used bag balm. My vet suggested it to me, and it reallly works it went from this big ugly over grown extra layer bumpy skin to smooth skin in one day. And I guess I did it soon enough to where his hair starts growing back.

Question:	Will it work when your dog licks it off right after you apply it
Answer:	My dog did the same thing, so I would distract him with a treat while applying it and then immediately rubbing it into his skin... he would still lick most of it off, but I applied it 2-3 times a day, rubbing it in each time & it still worked... there was just enough rubbed into the skin that it did indeed work... just takes a little patience and diligence & it pays off... hope this helps...

Answer:	I haven’t noticed any residue in the floor or couch after applying.
Question:	Can dogs swim after application? Would water decrease its effectiveness
Answer:	I would think it would get diluted depending on salt or chlorinated water but best to ask the manufacturer
Question:	Will the paw pad items help with being able to grip on wood floors

Question:	Is it ok if my dog licks his paws while she has this product on
Answer:	The products are natural and toxin free so it should be okay, but I have seen a few users on social media say their pet threw up after licking product off their paws. Been using for over a year and my dog doesn’t have issues if she licks them. I try to hold or distract her for a few minutes after application while the product absorbs, which also seems to help.
