Question:	Do I have to use pure water after using this product? Many other brands recommend going over the area again with pure water
Answer:	I would assume so. You probably don't want to pour a lot of water on your floor. It works well for me to put cleaning solution in a mop bucket and scrub the floor the way you old school mop. I would follow up by actually mopping to remove soil left by the brush. I hope I have been helpful.
Question:	can you use this with a hoover steam cleaner
Answer:	Brush is 10" long, 3" wide. Bristles are about 2" deep.
Question:	Has anyone use it with "Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Washer", which has separate shampoo tank (shampoo not pre-mixed in water), how did it work
Answer:	Perfectly safe! The bristles are strong but not ridiculous! You'd have to scrub REAL HARD to scratch anything painted. Just used mine today to scrub my stained deck!

Question:	Does this expire after a certain date? I don't have much use for it except for the extremely rare occasion
Answer:	I have a HOOVER carpet cleaner and it applies the cleaner in a certain area and then the wash cycle is switched to Rinse and you go over the area just cleaned. A lot of dirt comes out of the carpet at this time. So I guess the answer is YES.
Question:	Why is the price more than double what it was in stores? i used to get from whole foods for $4.40, then amazon took over and discontinued in store
Answer:	yes, I've been using it with my several-years-old hoover steam cleaner, and it works great.
Question:	Will this work on older stains
Answer:	It works magnificently with my Bissell, I should think it would also work well with your Hoover. Not only is the smell refreshing and real but it cleans so much better than any of the Bissell cleaning products. I also really like BioKleen laundry detergent, as well as their powdered bleach.
Question:	Would this eliminate odors in an old truck that was infested with stinky mice? The odor is unbearable
Answer:	The label says there are no hazardous materials and it is mainly made from plants and citrus fruit. There is a list of the chemicals NOT in it such as phosphate, chlorine, ammonia, petroleum solvents, butyl, glycol ether, etc.

Answer:	Yes, we have an interior pebble floor and this works great for a deep annual cleaning.

Answer:	I would not suggest this. the bristles are very hard and meant for a deep scrub on tile or concrete, I use this on my porcelain tile. I believe Oreck had a wood floor kit with polisher./buffer.

Question:	I have a full load of laundry that my cat has peed on. How do i use this product in the washing machine
Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.
Question:	Can you use it on tile floor that is on top of cement
Answer:	I don't see why not. Unless your floor tile is marble or something like that.
