Answer:	I wouldn’t put it in the washing machine! Just hose it off.
Question:	Does the mat help wipe very fine litter off cat's feet? And I have a scratcher, does it hold up
Answer:	I've notice quite a bit of a difference in the amount of litter on the floor, it mainly stays on the mat. I also use the vacuum on the mat at least once a week. We also have a scratcher, however he prefers our furniture to scratching up his mat. I believe the mat has a really good warranty. We have similar mats at our entry doors outside and the only issues I've have with those is direct sun and freezing cold, then they don't hold up. I've had the litter mat for four months and it still looks new.

Question:	Can I cut it? I have my litter box next to my washing machine, and would like to cut it to fit snugly around the corner
Answer:	The mat cuts fairly easily. Recommend your cut-outs don't have sharp corners, because the mat will tear at those corners. I used duct tape on the bottom side to reinforce tears that developed at the cut-corners. Advise you cut curves (without corners) for a more reliable experience.
Question:	My special-need cat sometimes pees on mats. Is there any fabric on this that would retain an odor after hosing it down? Is it all plastic/rubber
Answer:	There is no fabric only plastic. I have hosed mine off (although my cats don't pee on the mat) some of the litter is stuck in the mat but not a lot.
