Answer:	Either the one I got wasn’t made with the same magnets, or half these answers are fake. First night after putting this together I found the door open. Already planning to hot glue stronger magnets. I have two cats about 10-15lbs each.
Question:	Will the Breeze litter system fit in this
Answer:	For other people curious: it definitely fits with the Standard version of the Litter Loo and the newer Breeze with the updated dimensions, but you'll have to angle the Breeze slightly to get it out when you want to change the pellets (I did this without any spillage). The pad drawer has plenty of room to open, but I set mine on a few 1x1s inside the unit because otherwise it has to be angled up over the door.

Question:	It says a tray lasts 30 days, but my cat's urine always goes through the bottom of the box and the bathroom smells terrible from urine leaks
Answer:	We have one 3 y.o. male cat. In addition to the crystals, I typically add some arm and hammer cat deodorizer both when putting in a fresh tray and again every 10 days or so to help with liquid absorption. This is usually sufficient to get 28-30 days out of the litter without worrying about a strong persistent urine smell.
Question:	I've had mine three weeks and my cat refuses to use it. I will have to send it back soon. Any suggestions on getting him to use it
Answer:	My only suggestion is this: try using 1/2 CRYSTALS & 1/2 of your regular kitty litter that you were using. I did this for my 3 cats and they all took to it fine. After a couple of weeks, I was able to stop using the old litter & now I only use the Crystals which last so much longer. Good luck, because it is a wonderful litter box!

Answer:	The litter robot is, bar none, the best automated litter system out there (and has been for many years). The only downsides of the litter robot are the size (it’s so, so big on the outside for being not that big on the inside, and won’t even fit in a smaller bathroom. The other downside is the cost, but I’ll be honest and say that it’s worth every penny in the long run. If you have the space, and you can afford it, get the litter robot and don’t look back. Fwiw, we have 7 cats at the house right now (2 of ours, 4 foster kittens who are nearly full grown due to Covid shelter closures, and a cat we rescued who is going to his new home next week), and a single litter robot is EASILY handling 7 cats worth of waste. We just change the little plastic bag in the bottom drawer every other night instead of once a week. It’s amazing, there’s zero smell, it works for years without issue (this is our second. Our first lasted 6 years for 4 cats).

Answer:	There are only 3 differences, and for the record, I bought the Original and I love it and it does fine for what I need. So here are the differences:1) Ultra has a Privacy Hood. I don't need that. My cat has no shame. She can go out in the open. If your cat is used to having a little more privacy, maybe you should get the Ultra. But if not, it's not worth the price increase (although it looks like, right now on Amazon, the Ultra is actually $4 cheaper, so...).2) The Ultra has an Adjustable Rake Delay. Now, I can see how this might be an attractive feature. The Original has a preset delay, and I'm guessing it's about 20 minutes (the max setting on Ultra). That can be kind of gross because I don't know why the waste would need to sit that long before being scooped. So with the Ultra you can shorten that time to 5 or 10 minutes if you prefer.The thing about the rake delay is that on the Original (and probably Ultra too) there's a button so you can manually control the raking. This means that if I'm home and my cat makes it stinky, I can walk over to the machine, push the button, and the rake will scoop because I told it to. When I'm not home, the smell obviously doesn't bother me. So this is like a luxury feature if you don't want to go push that button every once in a while. But for my needs, the Original is just fine. 20 minutes is fine. If she only urinates, then I don't need it to scoop right away, and if I'm around when she makes a poo, I can just go over and push a button. If you don't want the waste ever sitting in the tray for 20 full minutes, then get the Ultra and you can program it to scoop at 5 or 10.3) The Ultra has a Health Counter. I have a kitten, and she's fine. I'm not overly worried about her health. But if your cat is older, this is a way for the box to track how often your cat is using the box. I suppose if the box feels your cat is using it too frequently, it might be able to alert you to a health problem so you can take your cat to the vet. But for me, I don't need it.The Health Meter doesn't measure the "life" of the litter. It isn't like "Oh, this litter is getting pretty gross in here you should probably put in a fresh tray." And that, to me, might be more useful. But it's not a huge deal as it's pretty apparent when you need to change trays because the crystals get more white than blue.So like I said, I have the Original and I love it and it's perfect for what I need out of an automatic litter box. However, if you have an older cat, a more sensitive nose combined with limited mobility, or your cat is used to privacy, the Ultra is the one for you.With all that info, again, I notice that the "luxury" version is currently cheaper on Amazon. If it had been that way when I bought mine, I might've bought the Ultra just to get the extra features and save 4 bucks.Hope that helps.

Answer:	It does have a smell. It smells just like the febreeze in the spray bottle. I find with 2 cats and 1 pan, that if i scoop daily & add a little fresh, it last 5 days.

Question:	Can the door hinge be attached on either side? I need a box with the hinge on the left
Answer:	There is a training guide listed with the litter pan. It does take training, especially for an adult dog...puppies are easier. If your puppy is use to puppy pads, put some paper litter in the bottom and put a puppy pad on top. Very gradually, fold under the pad till there is just litter left. Or just use puppy pads. The litter in the bottom helps with clean. ONLY positive. NO scolding. Some dogs just need to get use to the pan in the room. Lot's more to tell. Question:	What is it made of
Answer:	Let me be clear: I use this pan for my cat who is very chubby. I had to resort to this type of pan because my cat, Ben, would jump in the other pan and invariably tip it over and the litter would be all over the floor. This pan is low to the ground so it doesn't tip...no matter how chunky the cat is. As far as litter, anything will do but I typically stay away from the "clumping" variety. Pine is good. Pine pellets specifically is great. Best.
Question:	Could you use this without the door, leaving that side open
Answer:	The entrance size height is 3 2/8 inches. Some years ago, I purchased this size for my 20 yr old , and he he used it right away- the larger size also helps an older cat maneuver a bit easier- my younger cats actually prefer it to their standard boxes-
Question:	What is your return policy
Answer:	I feel that a bunny would be able to get in and out ok, but what worked for me, using it for my three-legged kitty, is that kitty litter is so heavy it made the pan really stable. If you use something lighter for litter I'm not sure how tippy it might become. It does take up a lot of space so it worked well for us in a 48" crate or outside the crate!
