Answer:	When I read the description of this product (on Amazon), it says that some animals may be sensitive to alcohol, and it recommends that you dilute it. Answer:	My rabbit, Bean, has used it for many months because I seen a lot of anxiety in him. He was skittish. So after putting this in his water after a while he simmers down. Now after a time of him not having it, and he has an anxiety issue, my daughter puts like 3 drops in some water and sucks it up in a 3 ml syringe and he will take it at the corner of his mouth. Then we give him a treat because I don't think the drops take very good because he shakes his head no alot and his ears go flopping lol. But it helps. He finds some where to lay down and we get to pet him and sooth him by gently pressing on the side of his face where they have their scent glands that makes them happy.

Answer:	Not sure what you are referring to, but no. Simply give your cat 5 drops prior to departure. This 5 drop dose can be repeated up to 4x prior to departure. Or you can pre-treat freeze dried treats and give to your cat intermittently during the trip.

Answer:	I use mine up quickly, so I never think about the expiration date. The formula is an herbal one, so I am reasonably sure it would never go 'bad', only the strength of it (the efficacy) might decline after a long period of time--say a year or two. If it's kept in a cool place, it would last longer.

Answer:	it's good that your cat prefers the fountain, I find that all my cats drink 100% more water since we got a fountain. This is because they are conditioned to not drink from still water; out in the wild, still water can present things that can make them sick. As to the drops, yes, you can add them to the fountain, but I'm not sure how to do that. The dose is three drops or so at a time, if you put it into the fountain the dose will be diluted and probably will have little or no affect on your cat. What I do is get the cat in a relaxed moment (assuming that's possible), and then with the bottle of drops opened and in your hand, kneel down behind him while holding him gently so he can't run away, pet him on the head and chest gently, put your hand under his chin and gently but firmly wedge the bottle in the side of his mouth till he opens it, and then squeeze 2 or 3 drops into his mouth. That's it. One, two three, you're done. This method works very well for my cats, hopefully it will work for yours.

Answer:	The one I have can not be used as a scratching mat.

Answer:	I clean the mats out side with my gardenhose and a little soap and let the air dry. Good as new.

Answer:	I am unable to accurately answer your question, as my cats are indoor only and are declawed (BTW they were both declawed when I adopted them), however they do not create any problem with their rear claws.
