Answer:	I would think it depends on the size of the animal and dose. I have 2 large dogs (75 and 90 lbs). I give them each 1/3 of the dropper. After it takes effect, about 20 minutes, it will last several hours.

Answer:	Within 24 hrs we saw a difference in our 14 yr old pup ...... however he has several health issues including Cushing which sometimes messes with his sleep.
