Answer:	There are two levels inside and three more cardboard boxes inside with holes in them, two on the upper level and one on the lower level. You can "hide" the treats inside the interior boxes, and the cat has to find them and then figure out how to get them out. They all love it, and actually take turns getting treats out of the box.

Answer:	I have a 20 pound cat. The 14 pound bag lasts 4 months. She is beyond finicky. I use the catit senses digger feeder. She has to reach in and pull a couple pieces out at a time. Answer:	Dear, as far as I know, there is a tumbler-like design on the bottom, which can ensure that the toy swings back and forth, and the two balls with rails will follow the swing of the product. There is a root on the top to better attract the cat , A great product, recommended to buy
Question:	Why is there tapioca in this product? This a starch that turns to sugar. Why are you using it as a thickening agent
Answer:	Well, it IS only cardboard. Outside, the boxes have a glossy finish, but inside they are plain, uncoated cardboard. Mine hasn't gotten stinky even after all this time, though. I mostly use chunks of freeze-dried tuna with it, but I do sometimes use crunchy treats (which are oily). My cat is such an expert at this by now that the treats don't stay in there very long; maybe that's why.

Answer:	If you are using dry food, with the cat watching, stick your finger in and flick some pieces out. That's how my cats do this and it does cause them to eat slower which is the purpose.
Question:	Is this low sodium? My kitten needs to be on a low sodium dry-food and I can't find sodium levels in the nutrition facts
Answer:	Yes this may be used for play. Always supervise your pets while at play.
Question:	My cat has been eating this food for four months. i ordered a new bag and he will not eat it. how does hill's satisfaction guarantee work on amazon
Answer:	Yes! Temptations treats work well with these feeders. My big Maine Coons had trouble getting their mouths into the depressions, but solved this by scooping the treats out of the depressions with their paws. Temptations treats can also be dropped through the holes in the raised knobs for maximum difficulty thus requiring them to move the leaf, slide the knob over the depression, so the treats drop into it, and then slide the knob off of the depression to expose the treats. Some cats may get frustrated if you don't work them up to this gradually as the maker suggests. My cats were already accustomed to scooping food out of a Catit slow feeder with their paws, which may have made have made it easier for them to adapt.
Question:	How long shold you keep your cat on kitten food? This is my first time having cats, so I'm not sure when to switch to the adult food
Answer:	My cats will not eat the food at the bottom and they will not use their paws. I would only get this if your cat uses their paws to get at things. The ridges are very hard.

Answer:	We have 2 dogs and give each one pump (maybe more of a half pump, though, to be fair) per day. I bought this february of 2020. It’s now January of 2023 and I’m still on the same bottle! I think it’s almost done, but so far, that’s roughly 670 pumps? Granted, we might have missed a day here and there, too. But it lasts a while!
