Answer:	I believe it is sweet potatoes and it is to hold the food together. My cats love it and do really well on it. One even was on kidney food at one time and he now eats mostly canned food and this food and he will be 14 this year.

Answer:	Hi Rekha, Sorry to say, Rachael Ray cat foods contain no probiotics. I have since upgraded to Zero Grains Whitefish Recipe, but I saved the label from the Salmon and Lentils Recipe to show my Vet, so I'm looking at it, and there are no probiotics. However, if this is important to you, Blue Buffalo Freedom Dry Cat food is loaded with probiotics. It's expensive, but well worth the price. It's too expensive for my budget with as many animals as I have, but you may be able to afford it. It really is a superior pet food. I used to use it, but cannot anymore. Answer:	I checked on ALL of dog and cat food bags for a recycling symbol and do not see one. HOWEVER, I do put these empty “plastic” dog and cat food bags in MY recyclable container and the pick up has never said anything to the contrary no have however enclosed the email address from this cat food so you can write directly to the manufacturer: [email protected] I would hope that since our grocery and other shopping bags ARE recyclable that these bags and other similar packaging bags are also recyclable.
