Either way, this is definitely 100% bamboo, no polyester microfiber in it. It's the best blanket I've ever owned - silky, thin but weighty and drapey, warm for its thickness but very breathable. I sometimes double it over as a throw blanket on top of my silk-filled comforter for extra warmth, and I still don't wake up overheated.
