Answer:	My cat is 19 pounds and he fits fine (curled up though). The top tier is closed off. The first two tiers connect to each other. The perch is very solid and sturdy. My cats love it.

Question:	I see that some customers have a tree where the two towers have a cat bed, and some do not. How do I get the ones with the cat beds
Answer:	36" by 36" ok for small cats most of mine Pareto big to fit very well

Answer:	Anything shipped into California(food, drink, textiles, etc) is required to carry a prop 65 warning, because a proposition was passed in that state requiring anything sold that contains chemicals or products that may cause cancer or reproductive harm be labeled as such to inform consumers. It is meant to be informative, as without the proposition, the chemicals are still there, but the average consumer wouldn't know or frankly care enough to be aware. If you aren't a CA resident; the label is probably universal to avoid being shipped to CA without the label present. Particleboard almost always carries dangerous chemicals(formaldehyde, etc), but it is inside the treated wood and unless you are eating it, you'll probably fare as well as anyone else. Any home furniture usually possesses the same chemicals, and are also now required to possess the prop. 65 label.

Answer:	I have 2 Maine Coons, male is 18lbs and the female is 14lbs. Yes they’re a little big but they don’t have any issues with the cat tree and theyre always on it! This tree is so much better than what you can purchase at your local pet store. If you’re cat is larger by chance, maybe look into building a custom tree. My cats give this purchase 2 thumbs up.
Question:	What kind of wood is it made out of
Answer:	My 16 lb ragdoll falls off when he tries to lay on the 3 cushy shelf beds. He fits in the 1 large house just below the beds, but now prefers the floor. he usually loves cat trees, but not this one. he's just too big. I was hoping it'd be more spacious and he'd be able to fit his whole body in both houses and the 3 beds. the beds are cushy squares perfect for a regular size cat around 10 lbs. the cat tree itself though is pretty sturdy and looks real cushy, and comfy. it's very soft like a baby blanket or a super soft stuffed animal.

Answer:	14 x 14 x 11H. Opening is 10 x 10, although perhaps just a shade more because it’s a cloth opening. Posts are on either side behind the cloth, you may get 11 across between the posts

Answer:	I have a few cats ranging from 5lbs up to 20lbs-ish. The top house uses the fabric as the actual walls and the bottom uses what I assume is MDF board. All of my cats use both houses on this model. The bigger ones, when using the top ‘house’ just push the fabric out a little. I have had a few cat trees and this is by far the best one. The 3 perches all are big enough for my largest cat to sleep on comfortably.

Answer:	It is very quiet....only when the water level is getting low can you hear a bit of bubbling....but overall is very quiet...it will not scare the cat at all!

Answer:	Hi, it depends on the number of the pets drinking from the fountain and the quality of the water. We usually replace the water every week. Please keep an eye on the water condition and change the water if it is needed.

Answer:	No there is only 3 filters, the charcoal and the fiber is in one sandswitched togethere making only 3 not 6

Question:	Where is this manufactured
Answer:	I also fill use filtered water from the refrigerator in our cat's fountain. I clean the fountain, including the pump, once a week and rinse the filter really well (water only, no soap). Once a month, I replace the filter with a new one.
Question:	Can the basket lounger be attached on the other side
Answer:	I also use mine plastic side up because my cats don't like the blue top piece piece and they didn't like the texture of the foam when they licked the water. I have had no problems with the filter working. I use Brita filtered water and change it out every 2 weeks, rinsing the filter out at that time.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the cave
Answer:	It is normal and very simple to fix. The issue is not lack of water, but debris getting stuck to the pump rotor, causing a vibration. Remove the pump. Remove the slotted cover from the front of the pump. Remove the circular cover which sits directly behind the slotted cover. At this point you will see the yellow rotor. Remove the rotor by pulling it out. It's held in place by magnets. Clean the rotor and reinstall. Problem solved.
Question:	I bought this for my cats last Christmas. Can you buy replacement scratch posts? They have tore off all the rope
Answer:	Really I don´t know but I can see that filters trap dust and lint from the water inside.

Answer:	It is very small. I have 2 Maine coons and they never could fit in the enclosures. Anything other than a kitten could not use the hammock or enclosures.
