Answer:	It is a plastic container. Many people complained about it not being a good product. I really don't know why though. It works really good. My birds love it. Super easy removable from its attached base for refills. Easy two clean. Water doesn't get dirty as much as it gets in bowl kinda dishes. We just rinse it on very hot water. We change it every third day. And it doesn't leak. At least ours doesn't. So, I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase and am thinking to get another one too.

Answer:	It's very easy to refill. The part that hangs on the cage stays put while you pull the reservoir on and off to refill. Even the reservoir is well designed for quick emptying and easy filling.

Answer:	I place the perch along side the drinking slot on the inside of the cage and make sure the top perch won't allow my birds droppings to fall into the water slit.

Answer:	I own both sizes. The tall holds 1/2 cup; the regular holds 1/4 cup. A little water does escape when you flip it but it works well. It's possible to take apart for thorough cleaning. I do mine in the dishwasher.

The wiring is close enough to prevent my Russian dwarf from escaping, but you will need to replace the hamster wheel with a solid wheel. Answer:	One trick that helped me when i had this problem is to try not filling the bottle all the way completely. Maybe leave like an inch or two not filled, or more even, depending on the size of the bottle. This helps create and maintain that air bubble that allows the water to dispense. Hope this helps!

Question:	is this a good cage I got a hamster yesterday and I have it in a fish tank now I'm not sure what kind of cage she needs
Answer:	I went to a dyi place and purchased two of those 3 ft by 3 ft linoleum tiles to put under the cage to protect my floor, and they didn't cost much. Then I put the bedding I wanted to use down over the linoleum tiles. Works great. I cut them slightly so they're only a little bigger than the cage, so they don't stick out to far. They're thick and lay nice and flat.

Question:	would rats be able to fit thru the tubes? The cage I bought the tubes are too small. Are these big tubes
Answer:	The bottom does come off easily, just two small clasps which makes removing the bottom quick. However the shelf (green) can be difficult to get out. Our hamster managed to kick a lot of bedding out of the cage and was also relieving himself outside the cage at times. We actually switched to a 40 gallon aquarium that was no longer water tight and have liked that setup much better. No more mess outside the cage.
Question:	Does it work for an African Hedgehog
Answer:	We have a medium build Syrian who has plenty of room. I'm sure your chubby would fit fine.
Question:	Is it easy to clean? I clean my hamster's cage at least once a week. Does the bottom come off easily? Thank you
Answer:	Yes. I have this cave and a large Syrian and she has no trouble with the tubes. She even packs it full of bedding and can still dig her way through.

Answer:	Well, I don't have the bath in front of me but it is big enough for my parakeets to splash around in. I don't know that a bigger bird would be able to use it comfortably. Hope that helps.
Question:	Has anyone discovered a solution for the leaking
Answer:	No. They all have a gap between the 2 pieces. If a bird splashes, the water will leak out.Tried using for food but the knob if Very Cheap plastic and they pretty much break in a month's time.Birds like the clear plastic and nice to see them inside but only if they sold for $1 each since they break in 1-4 weeks time and only for Food not liquid. Unless ur bird used it Only for drinking and not for bathing.Hopeless for my zebra and society finches who bath and Splash.My parakeets didn't bath so would have been nice if the knob to attach to cage didn't break so quickly. Tried like 6 of these because was all they carried at my local pet store but didn't last.
Question:	I have 2 gouldian finches. they are in a 30x18x18 cage, but do birds really use these things that attach to the cages
Answer:	I have two parakeets, I have two insight bird baths attached to my cage, one for food and one for water/bath. Yes, they use it!
