Answer:	Though our formulas were not specifically designed for kittens, all are suitable for feeding…just not as the only part of the diet. All of our canned and pouched foods are formulated as a complete meal for adult maintenance according to AAFCO standards. Kittens need a lot of calories, so as long as a kitten is getting enough good calories, our foods can be used daily as part of the diet along with kitten specific food.

Answer:	Though our formulas were not specifically designed for kittens, all are suitable for feeding…just not as the only part of the diet. As you may have read, The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) sets forth nutritional info in pet foods. According to AAFCO, the primary difference between kitten and adult cat food is that kittens require higher protein. As our foods are protein focused, they make a nice option for feeding kittens as part of the overall diet. Our vitamin and mineral content is okay for kittens as well. Our formulas are lower in fat than many brands, so our overall calorie content is likely lower than most kitten food. Kittens need a lot of calories, so as long as a kitten is getting enough good calories, our foods can be used daily as part of the diet along with kitten specific food.

Answer:	According to their website they do not. They make some suggestions of some new flavors to try that they say are similar to their old aspic line like “La Isla Bonita” and “Kitty Gone Wild” from Weruva’s Cats in the Kitchen line of food. My cat’s did not like these either and I thought they were to loose (my cats prefer firm). If Weruva is smart they will come out with a new aspic line soon. All my local pet food store’s are having people return the gelee stuff and online reviews everywhere have gone from 5 stars to 1 star.
