Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.
Question:	Sun Joe SPX3000 pressure washer: I read that you need soap designed to run through the pump. Have you found a brand of soap that is OK for this
Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Answer:	Yes it only contains one though and you can't easily remove to change detergent types (i.e., car wash soap, siding cleaner/driveway cleaner. That is probably one of my biggest issues with the unit. I'm about to buy the 34 oz snow foam cannon to hold my car wash cleaner and use the screwed on/attached reservoir only when needed for other cleaning detergents. The only other compliant with the unit is you really need an Extra 25 feet of hose to make washing the car seemlessly easy. If you don't have it, moving the unit with power cord and hose attached is a royal pain in the a$$, as you'll continuously have to reposition the unit the wash/rinse the car. If you get the extra 25 foot hose, only get it from sun joe, as I purchased a non matching brand extension and it leaked like a strainer... got the sun joe heavy duty hose and love it... no leaks and it's the same quality hose that comes with the unit. Finally not a big fan of the hose roll-up arm (plastic). Answer:	I have to agree with Dennis. Out of the 4 units (3000, 3001, 4000, 4001) the 4000 is the best value for your money. The hose reels are too flimsy and the machine just isn't heavy enough to stay in place for the reel to be functional.

The manual says to only use pressure washer soap, but watch out, the soap feature will NOT WORK if you add an extension hose... Learned this the hard way because it isn't mentioned in the product description here or on the SunJoe website. SunJoe says the soap feature will not work on any of their models if you use their extension hose. Since the hose that ships with their units is too short for most jobs (even washing an average sized car) and constantly adding/removing the extension or moving the unit with attached hoses and power cord is a bit of a hassle, we opted to return this unit and their heavy duty extension hose and replaced it with the Powerstroke 2200 from Costco with SunJoe's 5-in-1 nozzle - which we're much happier with. Also recommend the Karcher Vehicle Wash and Wax for pressure washers soap.
