Answer:	Hello, Thank you for your question. Soft hand wash at a temperature not exceeding 100 °F. Without the use of washing powder. You can use hand soap or shampoo. You can wring out by hand, but without twisting. The hat should be straightened and left to dry naturally, away from artificial heat sources such as heaters. Ironing the hat is not necessary, but if you want, you can use the soft ironing mode.

Answer:	I'm no chemist however I believe the outer shell is man made nylon and the inner foam is made of low density man made polypropylene, which will not off gas at the temperature the sauna is designed for(120 degrees F) ... polypropylene @ (480 degrees fahrenheit)

Answer:	In general, we like to suggest using a 1-5% dilution rate for topical use. This equates to about 1 teaspoon of carrier oil for every 1-5 drops of essential oil.
