| Answer: | Hello Matthew, Here are the instructions: FITTING INSTRUCTIONS1. Boil 4 cups or more of water in a saucepan.2. Bring water to full boil.3. Remove from heat and let sit and still for 30 seconds.4. Attach tether to Ultra Braces mouthguard andsubmerge in stilled hot boiled water.5. Use tether to hold mouthguard under water for 20seconds.6. Remove from water. Shake o excess water. Cool for2-3 seconds.7. Place in mouth facing a mirror so mouthguard is centered.8. Bite down softly along full arch of mouthguard all theway to back molars making sure to push with fingers theinner brace channel of mouthguard over the top of bracebrackets on teeth. (Double Braces lower channels sitsnaturally on top of lower brackets)9. Keep biting firmly while sucking in air and removemouthguard after at least 20-25 seconds.10. Drop into glass of cold water with ice cubes and let sitfor at least two minutes at least and remove and insert inmouth to ensure mouthguard channel is aligned over thebrace brackets and fit overall is snug.FOR RE-FITTING IF FIRST ATTEMPT WAS NOTSATISFACTORY.-Follow Steps 1-4 from fitting instructions.-Step 5.
