Answer:	The wrench can be set in 1in.lbs increments. It has a 10in.lbs primary scale with a secondary scale below the handle for minor adjustments.
Question:	I just bought a 26 ft above ground intex pool. Will the reel up to 28 ft work it
Answer:	Taiwan. (my experience is that, generally, products made in Taiwan are of higher quality than those from China. )

Answer:	Yes it comes in a nice plastic case.

Answer:	I received the pool cover reel with all the necessary parts, but I believe it came in two boxes. The instructions can be a little confusing. There is a good video you can watch on Youtube to help you assemble it. There is no audio because it was made in China.
Question:	What is the warranty on this? i purchased a similar one from fch in 2018 and it did not even last 2 seasons before the aluminum tube bent
Answer:	Can't say regarding warranty. I've used it for 2 yrs. Definitely lighter weight. We use sandbags to hold it down.

Answer:	We have a 28ft long pool and with the cover rolled up the clearance from the ground is 12 inches
