Answer: These are only paper, they are not poly-lined. :)
Question: what is the paper weight
Answer: The paper weight is not much denser than office copy paper which is 20lb. I guess these sleeves to be maybe 25 to at most 30lb.
Question: how big or small is the "lip" of the sleeve (the difference in front to back at the opening
Answer: I've actually received two or three slightly different designs from the sellers on these sleeves. One of them had a perfect lip that was 5/8" and the sleeves seams were on the back side (opposite the lip). Unfortunately, the last couple orders I received sleeves that had the seams on the front/lip side and the lips are 3/8". The 5/8" is my preference but, the 3/8" is not to bad. Since there are varying designs I wish the sellers would give a full description of what particular design they sell. It would sure help me decide. Good luck.

Answer: Hi there! 33s are mainly 12" records, so these would not work. 78s are mainly 10" records, so these would not work. These will only work for 7" (mainly 45rpm) records. (Some people might say all 12" are 33rpm, and all 10" are 78rpm, and all 7" are 45rpm - and they'd be pretty accurate. However there's some oddball releases out there that broke out of the norm)
