Answer:	It is a little tough sometimes but you want a good seal. Sometimes I use a rubberized grip that you use to open jars. Good luck.

Answer:	This should work for that size pool,you would probably have to fill it once a month or so. And turn it up. My pool is 18’ round and I set it at 1/4 open the tablets last about 2 months. Holds 7 3”rd. Tablets works well.

Question:	I can i stall this on a well system to purify water before entering the house
Answer:	I wouldn’t try to purify the water with chlorine. That does not sound safe for consumption. You should check with a local company that purifies water. We had a water softener and a purifier but it used water softener salt and another component was the purifier.
Question:	Why does the top become hard to twist open
Answer:	I have never had a problem with mine , but i only tighten it till it clicks . i have never had any leeks either . when I purchased mine I bought extra o rings and the opener tool but haven't had to use them yet .
Question:	Whats the difference between Hayward CL220 Off-Line Automatic , and Hayward CL200 Automatic Pool Chemical
Answer:	The CL220 uses plastic tubing and saddle valves to attach to your pool plumbing. This allows you to drill two small holes into the existing pool plumbing (one hole in a piece of pipe between the pump and the filter and the other in a piece of pipe just after the filter) to install the feeder. It is designed to be easy to install. The CL200 is the same basic unit except that the ports on the bottom are threaded so that you can use threaded fittings to add it to your system. This requires a lot more knowledge about fittings, connectors and plumbing.

Answer:	Yes, the kit includes everything you will need to install. You will have to drill a small whole into your feed and return line, but they will tell you in the instructions how to do all this. If you have any diy skills I'm sure you can handle it.

Answer:	I’m not sure but I found this on …Pool Center.(Blog).com... Cal Hypo granular is used by either manually broadcasting or dissolving into water and pouring into the pool, or it can be used with a granular cal hypo feeder. Cal Hypo is also made in pellets and pucks, or tablets of various sizes, designed to be used in very specific feeders, usually made by the tablet manufacturer, although they could be used in floaters, or floating chlorinators. Most cal hypo feeders like the Accu-Tab or the Pulsar are expensive and complicated items, with exception to new models recently introduced, such as the CCH cal hypo tablet feeder.

Answer:	No screen. The exit elbow has a backflow preventer inside, which clogs up from time to time.

Answer:	Why would you use a TABLET dispenser to attempt to dispense a LIQUID acid? That makes NO SENSE! The plastic is not designed to handle acid. Give it a try though...You’ll probably have pool water being pumped all over the deck in very short order!

Answer:	There may be but I never purchased it. The lid comes off pretty easy for awhile but then as time goes on it does get alot harder to take off. I'd email the seller to find out if they have one or can recommend one or just look up on Amazon/Google to see if you can find one that matches the pattern on top of Chlorinator.

Answer:	I had a Hayward before this and they matched up the same . Don't see why it wouldn't.

Answer:	When I asked I was told the parts needed for connection are not included but mine came with all the parts , including the tubing. But just to let you know, this chlorinator has not worked well. I have not been able to find a setting to allow the water to flow thru it as it should. I think the dial does not work properly .

Answer:	Nothing it comes built in, caution there's a arrow on the bottom and its hard to see for water flow be sure to plumb it that way.
Question:	Can you install with pool solar? Or too corrosive
Answer:	It should be installed last in line just prior to re-entering the pool because pure chlorine is very corrosive.

Answer:	I replaced my cl200 with this but I had to enlarge the holes to tap into the plumbing. Was easy if you have a steady hand even better if you have a step bit.

Answer:	Yes, it has clamps for 1-1/2” or 2” pipes, comes with some black plastic hose, and the fittings to connect it all.
Question:	what is the red tube above the control valve? how long do you think the glass top will stay clear and not cloud up
Answer:	The red tube is a flow meter. There’s a bob inside the tube, the more flow you dial in, the higher the bob floats in the tube. The glass should never cloud up, I’ve only seen plastic ones get foggy.
