| Answer: | It's 1" thick. The hole diameter is 3 5/8". The inside diameter of the 3/4" rope design is 6". You may cut if you need to to fit your fixture. |

Ours is already mounted, so I can’t give you an exact measure... but the base of our fan is about 6 inches so it hits just inside the first braided circle in the center.
