Answer:	CA requires a special energy efficient cover which apparently doesn't exist :(

Answer:	Same as you would a pool. Buy a net to scoop out the big debris. If you use the proper chemicals, and put the cover on after every use, it really doesn’t get dirty.
Question:	I’d like to know who has it and had used it in low temps
Answer:	I was in it for over an hour and it went from 104 to 100 in about an hour in 39 degrees raining weather. We didn’t turn the bubbles on because the bubbles are just cold air being pumped into the water which cools it much more quickly. With the blow up cover on it will get back to 104 in this weather in about 3-4 hours. It did take 3 days after set up for it to reach 104.
Question:	Any suggestions for running it during freezing temps? I know it's not recommended, but I'm guessing it's fine as long as the heater runs continuously
Answer:	Get some R10 2 inch foam board to put underneath. In colorado it regularly gets to the teens and so far I have no trouble maintaining 102 temp. The heater runs more during the cold months, but still cycles.

Answer:	about 600 pounds of people.....e.g. six 100 lb. models with their legs all touching, or one 600 pound bather.... Just draw a 58 inch diameter circle on the floor and sit in it with a friend, and then you'll see how much room there is. It's great for 2 people, and amazing for one because you can float and stretch without any limits.

Answer:	it's like any man....10 minutes to drain and deflate, and fits in any corner of the basement. :) Seriously though, it's easy to store: it drains with a garden hose, the tower disconnects in 1 minute, then we just roll it into the basement.
Question:	whats the heating time for this thing? ive had it on for 1 1/2 hours and its only gone up 2 degrees
Answer:	Long time. Inflates in approx 10 mins, fills with water with two hoses, perhaps 20 mins +/-. However today it was semi sunny, 70 degs, tonight (evening 10 PM) it's 63 deg F, the heater was turn on around noon (forgot to look at the exact time) and it's currently only 76 deg. F. not really hot enough for me to jump into a spa at night. I'm going to let it go until the AM. So it would seem to take an entire day to heat up depending on how hot it is outdoors or if installed indoors, indoor temperatures. I'd say if it's a hot day in the 80s - 90s it will heat up much faster. I also have the cover on to help with the heating process. I'm uncertain what the hot tub is actually doing while heating? Must be pushing in very little hot water into the tub because one could heat up the hot tub using hot water and a water heater in a half hour or so. If you can run hot water from a hot water facet would significantly reduce the heating time. The instructions show not to put any water into the hot tub that's more than 104 deg. F so you would need to monitor the temperature of the hot water you're putting into the tub from your water heaters (many are set at around 120-125 deg. F , some lower and some higher.
Question:	Will this float in a pool when filled with water
Answer:	Depends. If the pool is filled with water, maybe, depending on how much water you've put in the tub. If the tub is filled with water AND the pool is filled with water, probably not. If the pool is empty and the tub is filled with water, it will sit on the floor of the pool. Of course, if you turn the tub over - meaning that it will not have water in it - it probably will float in a pool, assuming the pool is filled with water; if the tub is turned over and placed in a pool which doesn't contain water, it will not float as there will be nothing for it to "float upon." Answer:	This heater is fairly easy to install if you are a DIY but don't attempt this is you are not a handy man (or woman). I was replacing an older (15 years old) Jandy Heat Pump so I already had the power and plumbing changes were a bit tricky (since this unit installs plumbing from back whereas Jandy installed plumbing from front). I did have my son help me move the unit from my driveway back to the pad (about 50 feet) since it weighs nearly 300 lbs - used a hand-cart/dolly and my son for stability. I also put plywood adjacent to pad temporarily to allow for easier sliding of the unit off the pallet it comes on and onto the pad.

Answer:	The 140,000 Btu unit will heat a large pool. Of course a strong wind can take away 50,000 Btu's per day easy. Cover it to retain the most heat.For home use, and because the compressor draws 27 amps, you do not want to purchase a larger heat pump. But you could connect two of them, if the pump flow is sufficient for both units. I would install one, and see how well it works. If you find that it is not warming it enough in the early spring, then a second unit might be required. Chances are that if you run it 24/7 for a week, it will take the pool from 70F to 84F, and you will be happy with one heat pump. Your home wiring might not be large enough to support a pair of these heat pumps, and the cooling system for the house all running at once.Good luck!

Answer:	Intex is now gouging just like people buying up masks and hand sanitizer b/c nobody can go to the store. Freaking pigs preying on people buying the tub for therapeutic help for arthritis. Went from $2.50 per filter to now $5.50 per filter. Amazon should step in this is such garbage
