Answer:	How would I know? Mine still works fine after almost two years, and I have no idea how long the warranty was for, and my time is worth more than $16.95 so why would you bother? Shouldn't you be asking the vendor you bought it from?

Answer:	Don't know where product is made but Amazon should. Product is efficient in cleaning spa filters but handle should be longer, it is too short. Extending handle length would keep user away from splash back to face and body.
Question:	How does it getto the insideof the cartridge? On my filter the inside is just as dirty as the outside. It would need to be able to squirt sideways
Answer:	If you have debris on the inside of your cartridge, you have a bigger problem. If you mean it is discolored and not white anymore, that's just what happens as filters get older and the small particles of dirt etc are working through the cartridge media. No cartridge stops EVERYTHING. If it did, you wouldn't have flow of water. The purpose of cleaning them is to knock off whatever loose dirt, skin cells, etc can be rinsed free, thereby opening more passageway for water to go through the filter. But if you use TOO much force on the filter media, you will degrade it and possibly open larger holes in it, taking away your good filtration. The important thing is to monitor the water pressure reading on your filter (the whole tank that holds these cartridges) and when it strays too far from what it was with brand new cartridges in place (and at the same basic flow rate, i.e. gpm) you need to clean the cartridges. When it drops back close to original psi range again, it's probably still good. When it either does not drop back close to that pressure again, (within maybe 2-4 psi) OR when it goes up too soon after you just cleaned the cartridges, that's time to replace them. So for our system, we run about 10psi with new cartridges at about 70 gpm (commercial 8 person spa.) After about a year, give or take a couple months, the cartridges don't hold the lower psi very long after a cleaning, i.e. they go back up to upper teens in psi quite soon after being cleaned. That's time to replace them. And MY opinion of spray cleaners supposedly meant for these filter cartridges is that they actually cause the filter more harm than good. The two times I have used them (rinse filters first, spray and let the cleaner soak in for at least 5 minutes but usually twice that or more, and then rinse WELL to flush out ALL the cleaner so you don't get "foaming"), the results were that the filters did NOT maintain a lower psi after these supposedly better cleaning sprays. BEST RESULTS have been from using a strong but not jetted flow of water, straight from a small diameter (1/2" cut off end) water hose, at about 45-50 psi. No hand sprayer attachment, nothing else. Good, strong, clear flow of water, with hose end held about 18" back from the filter. Up and down motion following the opening between pleats, starting at top and working sections downward, finishing at the bottom, where most of the debris is going to be already and is going to come flowing out. Yes, you need to stand back or get splashed in the face etc. Glasses should be worn, possibly a shield if your squeamish about it. (But hey, if you maintain proper sanitation, this stuff is already sanitized; it's just not pretty!) If your pressure is much less that 50psi, you may need to use a hose sprayer to get better direct flow and pressure, but don't beat up the filter media. You're just rinsing away what can be loosened; the stuff IN the filter media isn't likely coming out; it's trapped there because that what the media does! You'll get good filtration (that's the real goal!) and reasonable life from your cartridges if you follow this practice.

Answer:	I am guessing you mentioned intex pool as long it's a cartridge filter you will be fine, it's for cleaning cartridge filters for swimming pools.

Answer:	You might like it.. the Tri-x filters are hard/rigid pleats at an angle or curve. I would think the yellow tines on the Aquacomb would break trying to push deep into the Tri-x. However, the Auquacomb does have multiple spray holes located in the blue base handle so you could cover more area at one time, just not able to push into the filter. I also use it to spray down the cover and tub top ect. But for fabric pleated filters, this thing is by far the best! Hope this helps.

Answer:	I bought this on the recommendation from someone who cleans pools for a living. I've had it a year now and after using it, I wished I had had it in the previous 5 years of cleaning filters! Pro- It cleans very well, the action of the jets of water AND the combing action (gets in deep) blows all the other wand-type cleaners away. (if you are trying to get a spot off your shirt do you just shoot water at it or do you also rub it?!). Con- It's plastic. It is well built, built it's still plastic and I expect it will break. That being said I have been careful with mine and have had no problems. I would buy it again if it broke today, it's that good. You save tons of time and water, and gets the filters real clean fairly quickly.

Answer:	Wouldn't suggest it. I don't think it would do really good with too much very fine powdery silt like what's in a pond, it goes right thru the bag even with a knee high hose attached inside for extra filtering. That's when we use the manual vac on the pool to vac to waste. Try at your own risk.

Answer:	You must turn it on just before you submerge it and don't turn it off till it is out of the water. When you turn it off it opens the cap covering the battery compartment, and you don't want to get water in that.

Answer:	Put the cleaner in a spray bottle and give it a good spraying wait 10 minutes then spray off with a medium oressure sprayer.

Answer:	No, the pressure is excellent & adjustable. It's works well. ( As it relates to your question ... Wouldn't you just use a pressure washer instead of this??? The pressure washer would just blow the filter out of your hand anyway.)

Answer:	Washing your filter from the inside will not do anything, in part due to the hard plastic core. So, the only way to clean pool cartridge filters is spraying each individual pleat from top to bottom, which you can do well with a sprayer on your garden hose.
Question:	Instead of using this Filter Flosser, would be ok if I use a power wash
Answer:	I've used a power washer. That works better than a normal hose nozzle, but turn the pressure down. It will wear out your filters faster. I've not used the "Filter Flosser", so can't compare.

Answer:	This is a powder. I use approx 4 cupfuls in a 5 gal container with warm water and my 10" diameter spa filter in it. Let it sit overnight, then wash it out with a filter washer that I made up. I'm very pleased with the results and will keep purchasing this product. I cannot compare it to Filter brite or Ecoone cleaners. I rotate filters to let one be cleaned and dry..
Question:	Any good results on filters that were tinted green from algae? I need something that will KILL any algae that remains after washing the filters
Answer:	I never used it on green-tinted ones with algae but I did use it on a filter that had been in there way too long and had begun to build up solids. If you really want to clean anything like this, or for cleaning even your clothes, your washing machine build-up, floors, mold and mildew in grout and on tile, sponges, etc. try purchasing some sodium percarbonate powder as pure as you can get it. Its basically an oxygen bleach cleaner that's safe on almost everything. It dissolves or removes organic solids, cleans stains, yellowing, removes mold and buildup in showers and appliances like washers, dishwashers, etc. A place called Oxyboost sells theirs in about a 90-95% concentration of sodium percarbonate with some sodium carbonate as a filler for the other 5-10%. I got some of theirs in a 20 lb. bucket and it works well. Even better: I also found some in a 100% sodium percarbonate powder form from a soapmaking supply place called Soapgoods called Sodium Percarbonate FB in 6 lb. jars. You can use it for everything including as a replacement for your laundry soap if you wish - or just use some as a laundry soap booster! That's what's in almost all these pool and spa filter cleaning products (sodium percarbonate) as well as what's in those over-the-counter Oxygen bleach laundry products at stores everwhere - except you aren't paying for all that filler which is a waste of money and only clogs up your machines! Answer:	I live in Florida where the cleaner runs 5-6 hours per day 365 days per year and a scrub disk last at least three years. Save your money and wait until you need a new one and you can get it cheaper buying it by itself than the cleaner with an extra scrub disk package deal.
Question:	Can I replace a G2 with a G3 without any special modifications? Are they interchangeable
Answer:	You should be able to replace the G2 with the G3, with out problems.However, check the hose weight placement on the first hose BEHIND the G3 and check the suction at the end of the LAST hose, before attaching the G3. If you want a WONDERFUL addition, and I would HIGHLY recommend it, buy the TWISTER and add it between the first and second hose sections at the wall or basket strainer connection.
